There is actually a very long list of Career and element relationship found under the Applied Feng Shui made easy book or Applied Feng Shui (Theory & Concepts) course.
In fact there is a 5 element chapter, which gives a full description of relationship between elements and many types of relationship.

Sorry, as the list is pretty long, I cannot recall all of them off-hand.
