Staff Cecil Lee Posted June 29 Staff Share Posted June 29 Under Flying Star Feng Shui, traditionally if the first owner or resident moved in on or before CNY 2004 or January 21, 2004. This property is classified as a Period 7 house. Any move-in after this date is classified as a Period 8 house. For a residence that received its Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) a long time ago, it is often the case that we may not know precisely when the first owner or resident took up residence in their home. This is because many individuals do not record or inscribe this date anywhere. If this is the case, we may need to presume that this house, which obtained its T.O.P. in 2004, should be classified as a Period 8 home. It is hoped that it is indeed the case that the first owner or resident moved in after the Chinese New Year 22 January 2004.
