Hi Cecil,


thanks for your reply. There's a typo in my earlier post. It should be 'there's a wall between my living room and kitchen'. Standing at the main door facing the house, I will see the wall, but the stove is immediately behind this wall facing the main door as illustrated.

Thanks for the clarification.


Yes, using the adage: "If one cannot see it, it no longer becomes a threat".


In your example, since the stove does not face the main door (directly) in full view, it is not a "threat" to it.
