Each concept is meant for a specific purpose. ie. Flying Star is about the luck of the house. ie. Eight House is about how suitable you are the house.Though, it is good to go for the best house luck facing for the period, but if the house is unsuitable to you then you will not be able to get the maximum amount of luck from the house. Most importantly, you should avoid getting a house that is not Death or Disaster at least. So it is good to get the best house luck, but you should make sure that it does not fall under the Death or Disaster. This I would believe would be the best balance. So at long as the house is not Death or Disaster, then you are free to choose the best flying star otherwise.
