Hi Master...i wanted to know if my unit number is auspicious...however, i'm not sure what is the year the house was built. Mine is a condo, just TOP in Oct 2006. Thus may i know wats considered "the year the house was built"?would it be TOP date? Completion date? or the date developer got the land?

Houses built between(1984-2003) are considered Period 7 houses. Houses built after 2004 are consdiered Period 8 houses.

Usually, you should take theyearwhen the developement is completed and ready for people to stay. So the TOP date is a safe date to use since it is means that the developement is ready for people to stay in.
