strong or weak self-element?

Why the exactly same data,for exemple 22 of november 2007 at4pm,so monkey hour,in case of a boy born at this time,his element is weak-metal,but in case of a girl born at the same time,her self element is strong-metal???

The house of life pillar will be different. Once there is a difference any 1 pillar, the combinations and clashes will of course differ. This will result in different five element percentage:-
