Strong Earth, tends to favour metal/water/wood career elements. You can refer to this chart for the five element and career:-

Often, in your ba zi chart when you breakdown your five element percentage, the favourable element you lack most will be your most favourable career.

In general, it will be metal/water/wood element would generally be what a Strong Earth will need.
