Thanks for the photograph. However, as I can't really figure out where is your frontage; and as this is only a side view, the curved bay or lagoon does not seem to have a direct impact from where you had taken the photograph -- as it is quite a distance away.

Furthermore, the view is a 2D perspective and does not really show a top down and other details, likeyour plot of land vs this landscape.
