B. Standard Developer House Plans

If you choose one of the developer’s ready-made house plans, the interior proposal service is available for USD $288 per level, with each additional level priced at $140.

C. Custom-Built House (Designed from Scratch)

If you’re going for a fully custom build, the process includes a few friendly rounds of discussions and is broken into three simple stages:

Stage 1: You’ll receive a template to help you plan your interior layout — USD $388.
Stage 2: Send in your draft layout for an expert review, along with helpful recommendations to refine your single‑story house — USD $318. (If you prefer to skip Stage 1, just let me know and I can arrange a custom quote.)
Stage 3: Once your layout is all set, you can get support with detailed interior proposals — USD $288 per level.
