Quote: Every few weeks, I see people either locked in or locked out due to faulty smart locks. Just want to remind people to only get smart locks that has a mechanical override at ALL COST - meaning that you still can open it with a key. You don’t want to be stuck outside after a long day outside at 11pm, end up calling up a locksmith who would reluctantly arrive only 2 hours later and charge you $500 to open it because you are desperate. Or taken hostage at home with a door that won’t open. Even those with a emergency charging port, may not help because it may not be a battery issue. Source and Credit of the above extract:

In schools, children and youth are instilled with healthier lifestyle habits. At workplaces, health programmes are brought to the doorstep of workers to make healthy living convenient and accessible. Within the community, we foster a spirit of togetherness and an ecosystem of support for residents to embrace healthy living anytime, anywhere.

Location: Woodlands Street 31 Not many prata stalls in Singapore sells crispy prata. The prata should not be salty or burnt. In addition, this stall’s curry sauce is “creamy” and full of fragrant flavours: Eaten once a while is ok. Not for daily consumption. Two other locations has this: 1. Jalan Kayu 2. Joo Chiat : Mr and Mrs Mohgan's Super Crispy Roti Prata. Formerly the elderly couple were located at Crane Road. Their specialty is the sambal gravy to go with their crispy prata.

An intriguing article that explores the concept of what constitutes 'true peace.' A depiction of tranquility... Once, a monarch announced a competition for the artist who could create the finest representation of peace. Numerous artists participated, and the king reviewed all the submissions. Ultimately, he found himself drawn to two particular works, necessitating a choice between them. The first artwork portrayed a serene lake, which served as a flawless reflection of the majestic mountains surrounding it. Above, a clear blue sky adorned with fluffy white clouds completed the idyllic scene. Viewers unanimously regarded this piece as the epitome of p…

Dear TC, You can log-in to www.geomancy-online.com. There is free Flying Star House Number Report for high-rise building in the above site. It should normally be used in conjuction with the Flying Star Analysis: 1. The Flying Star House Number report looks only at vertical slice of a high-rise building where it is assumed that each level of a unit, differs. 2. The Flying Star Analysis takes into consideration only the horizontal analysis. Thus, both should be used instead of just using one method. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Gado gado not available. No choice ordered nasi Ayam geprek. What enticed me was the scoops of this: Fried smashed chicken = shreds doused with a happy helping of their chilli.. Rice is in a pyramid shape. Ate all the chicken shreds = protein but left out as much carbohydrates = white rice as possible. Chilli? Okay, spicy... but to me... I am used to hot, hot, hot. Thus it is like the top of the iceberg only. LOL P.S. The last time whilst in Jakarta, my client invited me to a restaurant with this chilli as a codiment... I managed to fishing like a full bowl of it! With second helpings. Uniquely Singapore born!
