1. This is not Feng Shui! I am just sharing a good thing! 2. Please note that through the years the model no. quoted: MK brand S4338 WHI [Year 2019]. In the future the model number may not necessary be identical to this. 2. The major advantage is that this door bell is compact and occupies the same dimensions of a concealed socket. Unlike some other brands that protrude out of the casing. 3. I have asked many clients to consider looking at this flushed-bell for their new units (whenever suitable). 3.1 The bell socket can be found directly above the cavity for the fridge in a past T.O.P. Treasure Crest condo development as the bell housing is just behi…

Quote: Every few weeks, I see people either locked in or locked out due to faulty smart locks. Just want to remind people to only get smart locks that has a mechanical override at ALL COST - meaning that you still can open it with a key. You don’t want to be stuck outside after a long day outside at 11pm, end up calling up a locksmith who would reluctantly arrive only 2 hours later and charge you $500 to open it because you are desperate. Or taken hostage at home with a door that won’t open. Even those with a emergency charging port, may not help because it may not be a battery issue. Source and Credit of the above extract:

The Health Promotion Board (HPB) embeds healthy living into Singaporeans' everyday environments, so that it's easy to make healthier choices. We reach residents where they live, play, learn and work. In schools, children and youth are instilled with healthier lifestyle habits. At workplaces, health programmes are brought to the doorstep of workers to make healthy living convenient and accessible. Within the community, we foster a spirit of togetherness and an ecosystem of support for residents to embrace healthy living anytime, anywhere.

Location: Woodlands Street 31 Not many prata stalls in Singapore sells crispy prata. The prata should not be salty or burnt. In addition, this stall’s curry sauce is “creamy” and full of fragrant flavours: Eaten once a while is ok. Not for daily consumption. Two other locations has this: 1. Jalan Kayu 2. Joo Chiat : Mr and Mrs Mohgan's Super Crispy Roti Prata. Formerly the elderly couple were located at Crane Road. Their specialty is the sambal gravy to go with their crispy prata.
