Brand 1: Auto-Seal External door GAP seal In my opinion, this is a pretty good "mechanical" door seal. What happens is that each time the main door is at the close position; there is a mechanical seal that drops down to the floor: so that there is no longer a GAP to allow for brochures or even liquid to spill into the unit. Look down on the floor. There is an aluminium strip at the bottom of this condo unit floor. The product name is called "auto seal"

Dear Glyn, Glad to hear from you on actual happenings in Perth. Just to share with everyone: Currently a few users have used the " Anonymous " feature when sending mails in this forum. Here are the plus and minus points of sending mails Anonymously: 1. It is ok if you are sending many individual questions on each specific topics as the message will not be sent out thru the mailing list unless it has been replied. This is ok as, many users will then be able to read only the replies rather than the question first. 2. If any users do see " Anonymous ", it does not imply that it is only one person who sent it. As the adminstrator of this forum, I am able to see who sent the …

This is a rarity nowadays... so old school... This suggests that the people running such a stall may have been selling there for many years. It could also mean the stall is quite busy. Nowadays, we see discs being given out. When it’s your turn, the disc will alert you.

85 Redhill at Valley Point Shopping Centre, River Valley Reasonably priced + tasty fish ball / minced meat noodles. Price range from SGP $4/- to $6/-. Although their noodle chilli is not spicy; the food is tasty. And noodles smooth and texture is good. Even takeaways.. the noodles although “expanded” does not stick together. And acceptable taste = not sticky or dry. They also have assorted rice dishes. Much like another brand: Inche Tan cafe. Their Tim sum mostly baos and siew mai are also quite tasty and reasonably priced. Their Big meat Bao is $1.80 each. Nice. Large red chillies are not spicy... looks deceive..

Dear Steven, Please see below:- Generally these are simply beliefs. And subject to various comments for and against it. It is best not to rely too much on the words of Fish Shop owners. Unfortunately, because of the spread of such beliefs, many people do take the `information' provided seriously. Here, one should see if there are any `hidden' agenda. Arowana fishes, depending on their size and `breed' are not cheap. Thus, the potential to make more profit exists selling such fishes against even popular but cheap fishes. If one can sell us a Mercedes Benz, the profit to be made may be much higher than buying a cheaper car. Selling Kois are popular because, they ca…

Dear Steven, Overall, this subject can be a `controvesy' amongst FS practitioners. The controvesy arise also because: All of us do not relate to the same size or dimension of a fish tank. This has more to do with the Yin and Yang concept. Normally, it is best to make a bedroom more Yin. This is why, a FS practitioner may advise their client not to place a plant in the room. This is because a plant is growing and thus creates " Yang " than Yin. For a Fish Tank, one can still place a fish tank especially if it is a small one. Some people may have large fish tanks in their bedroom and feel comfortable with it. While others may not. It is the same as a mirror next to one's be…

Dear Andre, In my opinion, there should not be any impact of what you have described. Usually, the emphasis is more to see if the `main entrance' door is protected from `harm' i.e. poison arrows. As such, floorings are of secondary importance. Where possible, floors should ot be entirely dark. The house should not look `dark' but bright. Especially the living room making it more yang than yin. Contrast to the bedroom where it is more for sleep which should be more yin than yang. Warmest Regards, Cecil

? There was this case in the hospital?s Intensive Care ward ? where patients always died in the same bed and on Friday mornings ? regardless of their medical conditions. This puzzled the doctors and some even thought that it had to do with the supernatural. Why the death? So the doctors decide to go down to that particular ward to investigate the cause of the incidents. Come Friday morning, everyone at the hospital ward nervously waited for the terrible phenomenon to occur again. Some holding wooden crosses, prayer books and other holy objects to ward off evils......... ? Just before the expected time...... (scroll down for what happened......)
