To ensure privacy, the 2nd storey only has windows at the sides of each semi detached homes. Third level is already pretty high. Thus the full facade of windows, here.

Where possible, a triangle (fiber-glass base) of a water feature is also a No, No! Firstly, it is pointed at three sides and some of the points can be considered as a poison arrow. Secondly, triangle represents the fire element. For a water position; if we want to introduce "fire element" the next best thing is "a light".

Location: Marine Terrace, Marine Parade Town Council (MPTC) Personally, I feel that the State Flag should deserve more respect, here... Frankly this is a State flag. And not mere cheap decorative items to have the state flags displayed on side-walk railings... It would be nice, if it was displayed say below the window(s) of HDB/ECs Condos voluntarily. But it is not so happening these many years. Most likely many seem to associate the flag with PAP. ? Instead of the country on the whole. Of course, one can tell where most likely they were put up by the Town councils. Quite obvious, actually. You may feel okay.. but not me... N…

O'dear... please forgive me... first looks reminds me of a "sanatorium." Actually on second look... it seems timeless. Thus even 60 years later... minimalist... no wonder can be built by mid 2021..

This was once a dying art in Singapore. But today, the belief of burning offerings of bamboo/paper: homes, cars, boats, handphones is striving! This is the belief that when one dies, such offerings would ensure that the dead lives a comfortable life with a home, car and many other material things that the person was used to prior to their death. Location: Joo Chiat Road.... Below: This most likely is exoskeleton for a paper mansion made by binding lots of bamboo strips:- Apologies for the blurred photo:

I like this design... as it means that one can safely open any windows (of course) not too wide on heavy winds and rainy days.... So far... touchwood... does not see a whole lot of birds perched on these RC roofs... Did an audit... in one of the offices.. here... Prata ... is not exactly healthy... but it is not a heavy meal... quite suitable in the morning... Curry.. with tumeric... and lots of spices... help to keep dementia away.... Around Chai Chee Road one of the Blocks 6x... Huh? "Let's grab a piece of it." LOL!

The Citron @ Marne Road Site plan I went through the layout plans. Generally, most or all of these layout plans are not prefect but at least they do not have major concerns with regards to Shapes and Forms Feng Shui... What is not shown is the common rubbish bin(s) at the lobby. Hopefully, it is not beside one's unit or facing it... Majority of my concerns have more to do with common sense. Such as if the interior walls are gypsum wall; best to avoid the bed-head sharing the same wall as the mounted TV such as shown in this layout plan:- Other layout plans:

A single point block tower. Cannot go wrong under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Because of “balanced” wind flow around the block.
