This small development has a single block of 8 storeys high with a total of 60 residential units. Leasehold 99 years. Expected TOP is under Period 8 Flying Stars Year 2023. A tightly packed (like a sardine can) of stacks/units: P.S. Geylang being a red-light district has a corresponding high number of temples. Lots! A major concern is that many banks are reluctant to give loans to buyers within the Geylang enclave.

Back in the 1950's and 1960's aluminium was rare and very costly. Thus this was the most popular design using the material steel. In the past the gates are made from iron. As aluminium was expensive to make in the past. One of the quickest ways to open to any width and quick and easy to lock. Can even add extra padlocks if needed.

This is another design of the same concept: Three Leaf Grille Gates. Photos were taken at the Clementi Hub (Blk 441) of flats. It has a very simple rectangularish design. This design does not have the bottom covered.

Where possible, a triangle (fiber-glass base) of a water feature is also a No, No! Firstly, it is pointed at three sides and some of the points can be considered as a poison arrow. Secondly, triangle represents the fire element. For a water position; if we want to introduce "fire element" the next best thing is "a light".

Location: Marine Terrace, Marine Parade Town Council (MPTC) Personally, I feel that the State Flag should deserve more respect, here... Frankly this is a State flag.
