Please refer to attachment. The street directory plan shows high-rise developments as opposed to landed property. But you can see the similarities with the earlier home you posted. Majority of the apartment blocks are parallel to each other: such as Blks 127, 128A/B/C/D with Blks 126, 109, 110, 171 and 172. While Nautilus@Punggol 169 A/B/C/D and 170 A/B/C's share a similar tilt to your earlier photo. And this small development is at a road junction. Thus, this is a simple example to show that it is not as uncommon as what you may think.

Thank you very much foryour answer, I would like to make couple clarifications. 1. The house facing is very bad for my husband, since he is a west group. East is the worst direction for him. Should I be concerned? 2. I understand that kitchen should not be in the NW section of the house, that is why I am thinking of renovate the kitchen. Hello Master, Sorry to bump this up. i am born in may 1982 (water, from what i check) my partner is sept 1991(metal, from what i check too) when i do a love compatibility, the result is not so good. The result is : You have to work it out. Further to what I had mentioned; the attached illustration shows: a practical approach to Feng Shui, today. And highlighted in YELLOW are the type of work even in a DIY environment should be required. Note: the Flying Star chart in the illustration is about: a home: with variables of : Year of birth and Facing Directions. E.g. Period 8 N1 etc... Not the tortoise that happened to appear out of water and you copied from it to do a grid. This is a no-no. If this was the 1960s and you draw a chart that you did earlier... perhaps may impress a few people. But in the >2000's era... this is just too basic (Kindergarten type of FS).

Dear Mr. Lee, 1. You are correct, I didn't provide elaboration - my apologies. My father had been told by a geomancer that his business fortune will be unstable (at best) this year. Aside from several other things he was advised (by considering the place of birth, time, name, etc) was the placement of a bagua in front of the office. Yes, business has been poor, but it also has to do apparantly with the general nature of the horse year vs snake sign of my father. 2. Your advice will be implemented immediately. Thank you very much Master Cecil for the reply. I just made an error. The septic tank is actually located just beneath the sink only in an east - west (length formation). At least, I think, this is more preferable than being located below the stove area. The septic tank is in the basement and is wrapped by 4 walls made of concrete. Thank you very much.
