Hello Master Lee, We bought a house in the north side of the city, according to the floorplan the main door will be facing East and the side doorwill facing the South near the back of the house. The movingdate (hopefully because there's always a delay ) will be October 28, 2005. Hi Anon, Since most objects are defined by the colour, if you have nearly all items in your home not favouring you it is quite difficult to say change everything. Probably, change whatever you can, for example re-painting the rooms would be cheaper than repainting the car. So whatever you can change without costing too much money go ahead and do it first, those which you cannot afford to change, next time when you replace it then change the colours etc. In addition, since this is regarding martial discord, probably it will be a good ideal to seek counselling (non-feng shui method) to attempt to find out what's wrong in the relationship. Dear Ed, Generally, this can still be done especially if you find that this is one of the better or best positions within the bedroom. Hi Anon, There is no mircle solution for helping you sell the house in terms of feng shui. The only things you can do is maybe use some of the good points about the house especially if it is feng shui friendly. You will be better off making sure that you have price the house at a correct price, and ensuring that the place is kept clean and look new (ie fresh coat of paint). Most people will like that. Also, ensure you get an agent with lots of network contacts. The more comfortable the people that come to view your house look, the more likely you will be able to sell the place. Dear Song Kin San, Frankly, you can choose any of the 4 good directions. It does not really matter which belongs to which direction as best or not. As long as you sit face one of your good direction, you will enjoy luck from your suitable direction. Of course, we try to assoicate which type of sector is best for which. So for bedroom or sleeping position, obviously it is best for the health or longevity. However, it won't be wrong even if you choose to have your bed facing prosperity etc. Hope that helps. Edited by Robert: Didn't see any attachment. Please re-attached. I am a GEN type. I moved into a new house ayear and half ago career has since suffered badly. Seems that my house is facing SE2 and this is very bad (see attached PDF). I cannot shift my main door. Could I use an alternate entrance instead to fix the problem or should I consider selling the house. Advise sought.

Dear Anon, In feng shui, as long as you cannot see the threat it no longer becomes a problem. In your case, given that you cannot do much about the arrangement or change to a better location, then whatever you can put that can help block or break the shape of the corner will definately help. Hi Anon, Frankly, you will need to identify what are the key problems with your life. Only then can you will you have the knowledge to attempt to improve your life. As I keep mentioning in the forum, a person has to review all his Heaven, Earth & Human luck. You need to see whether your problem arises from say your Heaven Luck (maybe you are in a very bad luck period this year). Dear Master Lee, A question on this topic about front door facing direction. I realised there are different method of calculating the best direction of a front door. Besides targeting on the breadwinner, the spouse should also be taken into consideration. For exampleif I use the 8-Element of the couple for calculation. Dear Anon, Thanks for the sketch! The "overhead" beam that you had mentioned (illustrated) is very common situation. If one looks carefully, with a pillow, the head will (never) be under this beam. If so, there is no issue at all! It is not the same as having an overhead beam right across one's body or the overhead beam is in the middle of the bed. If so, this is a concern. Dear Pam, Frankly, whether which is better, will depend on which chart will better fit the house. For example, if you have double 8 at the main door or facing direction, obviously this would be most ideal. But if your double 8 occur in the toilet location, then it isn't as beneficial. Same goes for the sum of ten. If the sum of ten occurs at a main door or facing direction, obviously this will be good. Dear Anon, Usually, your office would have installed blinds. Simply draw the blinds and this is good enough : " if one cannot see it it no longer becomes a threat. As for the sharp corner of the pillar:- 1. from your illustration, it does not seem that the front pillar slices into the person. So should not be an issue. 2. furthermore, for a sharp corner in an office, usually after approximately 1 metre distance away from it, the sha qi is pretty weak. Hi Anon, Sometimes, you should to worry too much. There are so many form of analysis (ie numerology, ba zi, chinese horoscope etc) Each form of analysis tries to make sense of a certain chart. With regards to health this may or may not happen all depends on many factors as well. Dear Anon, Frankly, there is no mircle feng shui solution for a successful sale of a business. So far only possible thing you can do is to try to choose luck dates or ensuring you wear more favourable colours during your meeting with the potential buyer. Probably only additional feng shui method is to quote some feng shui benefits. Maybe it will help change the buyer's mind. You will probably want to take a look at non-feng shui solution, ie painting the walls to make the place look clean and tidy. In addition, list out the reasons why the place is good and stress on it. Particularly, if you lost your job to due to your attitude. Then probably the best thing you can do is to correct or improve your attitude. I don't think no amount of feng shui can help you here. Dear ed Gin, In this case, either (a) or (b) which you have mentioned are both acceptable. Like the saying goes, if you cannot see the problem, then it no longer becomes an issue. Option (b) would be probably better if your bedroom is large enough to allow for the a soft curtain to there without creating too much inconvience especially making it difficult to navigate around the room.
