Hi Cecil, Kindly seeking your help. Im in the mist of planning our renovation, and we found a nice spot for our living room. Located in the north west of the house. The only issue is the partial living room is under a upstairs toilet( masterbedroom toilet), above our sitting area is the upstairs balcony , but the television and coffee table will be under the toilet.Should i be concern? My couch will be behind a curtain window, is that alright? or should i out a a cabinet behind the couch ?( that would mean the couch will be heading toward the upstairs toilet. Thank you so much... regards Hoe

hi, My toilet is located in the east and the toilet door is facing my dining area..I have a small hallway/walkway between the toilet door and my dining area, which lead to the kitchen. My dining table is not in view of the toilet, dining table is facing my kitchen island table which is located in the east( next to the toilet).I have read somewhere that we can put a door curtain( is the curtain required to be from top to bottom or half curtain alright), plants ( any kind?does it have to be as tall as the door?)and a screen/room divider between the toilet door and dining area. Was wondering if the screen/room divider are required to be solid screen( solid wood/plastic …

Hello Master Lee, I wonder if there is an impact on the flow of the internal room spaces, when placing the two rectangles on L shaped buildings. Attached is the floor plan. Given the kitchen top right is the largest room, should one rectangle cover the whole top of this build (with missing space in the north) and a small rectangle be placed bottom left . Or would the major walls of the building define the first rectangle as covering the whole left hand side of the building with a near square top right? I wondered if when a choice arose, the rooms and flow of people through them had any impact? Either way this home has a missing space the apex of which lies in a cemet…

My husband loves pointy leaved plants and has a few he wants to be brought into the house. Currently, they are in our greenhouse, but I'm reluctant to bring them in. Is there area, where a large spikey leaved plant would work well? There are no thrones, but the leaves are thin and pointy. "spikey"

Hi Master Cecil, Thank you for taking the time to read this post. I have stumbled across a property that I really like, but I have a few concerns. It has good views except part of the view includes a cemetery, which could be seen from the living room and bedroom. Also, I may be wrong but the structure has a pointed edge as could be seen from the windows that could be pointing towards the main door, although as one enters the main door of the unit the first thing they see is the kitchen. If I am not wrong the property also faces southwest, and that will place the kitchen in the northwest direction. I will post the floor plan once I have it. Thanks. …

Are metal roofs, which are increasingly popular, bad feng shui? Storm damage requires new roof. Currently have trad shingles, with a metal roof on a low pitch extension (too flat for shingles) across back of house which faces east and a medium sized lake as well. Is going full metal too much metal? I am Sagittarius/Water Dragon. Thankyou, wrsjr.

Hello Mr. Lee! I would like to ask you, which do you think are the most suitable dates for: 1) Collecting and storing our old (2018) feng shui therapies. 2) "Big Cleaning" before new year enters in February 5th, 2019. 3) Placing the cleansed / new therapies for 2019. Which is the method to figure out the above dates for each year ahead? Thank you very much!

Hello, We have sewer pipes exiting our home to go to the septic tank. This, of course, has to happen, but I am concerned about them crossing the path of the front door. They are of buried underground and they do not cross the front door entrance. Is this okay?

Hi, If I'm looking to lease an office in a high-rise commercial building, how do I determine which way the main entrance of the building should be facing and the main entrance for the suite or if I use the office window line? I don't really see anything online that mentions anything about it. I've been just comparing it to a high-rise apartment, but I'm not sure if that is the right way to do it. Please advise.

Dear Master Lee, I came across your explanation of ubi grove (part 9: Flying Stars Feng Shui ) that west group individuals can choose NW3 units. However, I also came across the table on what consider to be an auspicious house based on the direction of the main door. Does that mean that the NW3 units above are considered inauspicious units?

Hello. We recently had a dog that is not ours pass away on our property, outside in the back yard. We had no emotional attached to this animal, but it did belong to a relative. Literally just dropped dead. The animal was immediately removed, within 20 minutes or so, and taken to a veterinary clinic. I have been told this is bad feng shui and can bring bad luck. Is this true? If so, then is there anything that can be done to remedy our problem? Does the same go if any animal dies on the property? Does emotional attachment matter? If this is not feng shui-related, can you please point me in the right direction, if possible? I am not very familiar with fen…

Hi, i was running a report report on a house number on a property I want to purchase. The house number is 11800 and it was build in the 90’s and remodeled (roof shingle replacement, flooring, etc) this year. The report using the two periods are drastically different. Can you tell me if that changes anything with the remodel? And is house number a big deal? Or would I rather consider other major factors? Daisy

Original Title: Move In 入宅 or Move House搬家/移徙 Dear Master Lee, I would like to check is there any difference between these 2 terms, move-in and move house. a. Can I move in for a night stay over and move house on a later date? b. Can I still move in and move house on the same date but the date clash with my son zodiac? c. If specific zodiac clash on that day, not looking at specific hours does not clash? Still ok to move in at that auspicious hours? Thanks, BR/Brandon

Dear Master Lee, I bought a new house and did not do the procedures for "FIRST-TIME OPEN DOOR" when I open the door 2 weeks ago. I have only moved in some stuff to the garage, not sleep in it yet. The house is not cleaned. Can I still do the "FIRST-TIME OPEN DOOR" procedures before the MOVE-IN procedures? I plan to move in this Saturday. Thank you.

Dear Cecil Lee, I have just moved into a rectangular rental that has a protrusion in the North (covered carport). After reviewing the building page, the explanation would be positive as it says - If the protrusion is at:-North : Can easily make friends. Because I follow Flying Stars feng shui school, does this mean that the NE and NW are still missing? A consultant told me to bury 8 copper coins to square off the NE, but did not provide any information on the cure for the NW. Can you help with some advise on what I can do to cure these areas? I am a KUA #5/8 female Thank you Art
