Hello, I too would like to know about my bed placement. I just bought a new house and would like to send you the floor plans. I was wondering how I would do that? I'm going to be moving next year to my new home, and I just found out that it's my year of the pig. I was told I should not move into my new Home next yr. I just don't have any other means of doing that earlier than next yr. But I would love for you to tell me if my bedroom is a good place for me. Thank you so much.

Hi Cecil, Good morning. Would like to seek some advice on the following issues: 1) House number: Sty #05 and Unit number 314. Hence when read together, it appear to be 5314. In Cantonese, the essence read turns out to be bad meaning. Pls. advice whether is there a remedy to enhance it. Dear Linda, In my opinion, if the plum color looks more like bright orange or metal element, then, it is still acceptable given that your main door is at the South. Frankly, I am not too sure from your description whether plum color looks more like `gold color'. But if the color you mentioned represents gold color, then, gold or metal element is acceptable at the South (fire element sector). As metal (gold or white) is controlled by fire element. Dear Andrew, 1. Five metres is in a very close proximity. 2. Yes, currently I believe, from your second floor, there is an obstructed view or clear space. 3. But if a new condominium development, perhpas, you may not have clear space (at your frontage anymore). 4. Dear Rosita, In my opinion, usually, there are more to it than just by coincidence that the bathroom is located at your romance sector. Do try to check for any `leaks' in your home. Dear Natalie, There must be a leak in your new home. Try to apply Shapes and Forms Feng Shui first. Looke out of your main door and windows to find any poision arrows (if any). In addition, check the poistion of your toilet and other Shapes and Forms of your home. Dear Cecil Thank you so much for your quick reply. I may have given you the wrong information by attaching a 9-grid chart earlier. In fact, if measuing the main door from the centrepoint of the house, it is still within the NE section. I am attaching a sketch of pie chart for your reference. Dear Jeffery, Yes, since there is no possibility of changing to different directions, you have no choice anymore in using this theory. Feng Shui is about improving luck. Thank you for your reply. Regarding drawing the sectors, our unit is an elongated rectangle, so there is a difference if I draw wedges or 9 rectangles. For instance, according to the 9 rectangles all of my son's room is in the south, whereas by the wedges radiating from the center at least half of it is in the southwest. My question about the computer was, how to decide in which sector to put it and which direction it should face, if the different users have different good or bad sectors or directions? Should I make it best for the person who spends the most hours at it? Or for the person who is in charge of technical maintenance and knows the most about it? Thank you Mir…

Dear Anon, 1. I assume here is that there is an open window facing the sharp pointed roof of your neighbours'. 2. If the above is true, then the concept " if it cannot be seen, it no longer becomes a threat' can be applied. 3. You can use a day curtain to screen the house from the pointed sharp edge. 4. If this is a solid wall and even if there is a pointed edge, it has no impact on your master bedroom. 5. It is common for a Ba Gua, can be used to neutralise such Sha (poison arrow) Qi. 6. As it implies that every house on the planet has e.g. a love corner at a spot marked `X'. However, there is relatively no harm in placing a pair of mandarin duck. Dear Guek Rian, 1. In my opinion, don't shift your heavy projection TV as yet. 2. Basically, each floor has a certain kilo newton weight load bearing. 3. More importantly, the concept of clear space is directed at the main entrance area. Distinct from what is placed above this structure. With sufficient engineering load bearing for the upper floors, since the location where you placed the projector is not the main entrance area; there is relatively no issue here. A row of bush rather than a partition of trees would be a better choice. If you are using trees, they usually end up growing tall and `beyond control' after 3 to 4 years. And a row of trees need to be planted spaced out at least 2 to 3 feet from each other. Depending on the type of tree, they often leave behind a huge area of shadow below the tree making the area, too yin. Contrast this with lower shrubs or bushes or simply, creepers on fencing which are much easier to maintain. Since the water tanks are covered up often this is no longer a major issue.
