Dear Janice, The 6 coin cure is related to the assessment done under the Flying Star Feng Shui. Here, 6 coins represent `Big metal' or strong metal element. It is used to `destroy' or `neutralise' bad numbers under the Flying Star numerology. As this cure involves the Five elements concept, you may have to first read up or understand the Five elements concept first. Before, progressing to understand how the Flying Star Feng Shui can help you. My advise is to take your time to understand the various concepts in particular:- 1. Dear Anon, In my opinion, the main issue is related to where the fish tank is placed. If it is close to the centre-point of the house, this is highly inauspicious. Frankly, so far, I have not commonly seen a fish tank facing the bedroom. If you can, try to see if there is a better place e.g. in the living room area if possible. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Although the East/West Group of persons concept is applicable here, it is best that the shapes and form of the apartment is acceptable: 1. The house should have few missing corners or odd shape. 2. Find out more of the history of the rental apartment (usually this is not an issue most of the time). Not compulsory thou. 3. Although NW is your accident direction, do check out what is the intangible force in the bedroom. Dear Anon, Not so much of Feng Shui, but do give an air of confidence. It is best to use tips relating to interviews than Feng Shui to work effectively. Under Chinese Astrology, it is good that the date /time of interview is an auspicious time. Otherwise, there is not much use of it. Wishing your husband best of luck in his interview! Dear Anon, 1. In my opinion, you must have picked up the tip from a book written with `sector Feng Shui'. 2. From what I can see, in normal situations, there is relatively no issue or problem with regards to the placement of candles in your living hall or kitchen. 3. In my opinion also, real fire is more `unusual' than any of the other 4 elements e.g. water, wood, metal and earth. Dear Wasis, In my opinion, it is best not to practise Feng Shui in relation to a direction and its related colour or element. The rationale is because, it is too general without considering the birth chart of a house. Instead, you can perhaps look at the two theories:- 1. Protect, protect, protect. Stand a the main door and look out of the house. Are there any threats? If so, appropriate cure(s) should be used. Without relating to whether, e.g. North = water. Here, there is a distinction between whether you are weak or not. Even if you are weak, your career with wealth is still the Fire element. Dear Tammie, Frankly, if anyone ask me 5 or 6 years ago, I may think that way i.e. what you had mentioned. But since then, I have looked at many homes and do not see a correlation that a noisy place drives off fortune. However, contrary to this, under Flying Star Feng Shui, if a location has a combination of two specific bad #numbers that needs quiet at a location, then, what you mentioned, holds true. Dear All, In this second part, one can also see how often, many FS practitioners get their Ba Zi wrong. In fact, these two case studies are real life examples, where, these two persons, were `mislead' to think that their elements were i.e in the first earlier example - strong earth. While in this second example, they were told that the analysis resulted in this case as a weak earth. Dear Pauline, 1. For a fountain, do not automatically regard the statemenst of North or SE for the placement of a fountain. 2. Dear George, Frankly, it is not exactly Feng Shui. But overall, it is certainly nice to have birds around! In Feng Shui, we call this the secret ingredient. Or, birds around or close to the house is a `secret' ingredient. Usually, where there are birds, it normally suggests greenery.
