Hi master, My family is looking at a resale at waterwoods ec. I have drawn the unit on the map and it should be facing the t junction. And also uploaded the floor plan and the unit I am looking at is level [xx for privacy have hidden it for you - Cecil Lee] Two concerns: 1. The master bed room, 2 room and balcony appears to be facing the junction. 2. Once the main door is opened, it is directly pointing to the kitchen. Most expensive stacks in Adora Green. Photos taken on the opposite side of the pond over-looking Adora Green. Only when one looks at the photos; then one gets a "clue" as to why the stacks highlighted; seems to be the most expensive in the EYES of the consumer (purchasers) of specific stacks in this development. From a Feng Shui point of view; if one were to be at the Adora Green BTO site; one would be wondering : Why so expensive, given that the stacks are at a angle ; at the noisy junction? Another negative that some felt may be a liability is that these stacks are directly facing the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Yishun.

Hi master, would like to get ur advice. Understand that it is best not to get toilet being in the middle of unit, but many of the 3 room units I m viewing has this issue in SG. Based on what I read, keep toilet clean, having a plot of plant, keeping the toilet bowl lid closed, will u think it is still acceptable? included the floor plan, level units plan arrangement (diagonal to lift, any issues?), as well as surrounding buildings (don’t see any poison arrow if I m right?). Direction for main door is N314-349 as seems to give different reading at different position. Living room window is 170 south. Staying myself female owner. Thank you!

Dear Master We'll be moving to a new flat soon, and would like to consult you on a good altar position for our Guanyin which we'll be moving over from current house. Hello, I would like to ask you, what would you say is the perfect bed placement in this bedroom? I was thinking against the window, as in the photo but wasn't sure. I have a few questions which I hope you can help: I have read from your previous postings and replies that altar dimensions from floor to table top should be between 124.1cm and 128cm, the ideal being 126cm. May I ask if this dimension includes the 'base height' of certain Guan Yin Statuettes? Some statuettes come attached with a base (e.g. a lotus flower base) of about 10cm where Guan Yin sits on, hence, if we add the dimensions of the base, it will be 136cm (if floor to table top is 126cm).
