We have a solid front door, but this opens onto a kind of internal door, which then opens to the main hallway facing the staircase. So basically the portion between the front door and the internal door is like a porch, where we hang coats and so on. I wonder what this means for chi. I remember the front door shouldn’t be facing the staircase, so having the internal door might be a good thing. But is flow of chi blocked by the internal door?

Hi Master, I have a front door with a direct facing room window. Can i block the window with the use of a sliding door with frosted glass? Blue arrow denotes a sliding door with frosted glass. Red arrow is the energy from main door to direct facing window. The wall in the middle has been hacked away by previous owner. Thank you for your advice.

Hi Master, Nowadays Singapore apartments are getting smaller and kitchens are reduced to one single row instead of a conventional kitchen room. Due to the Fire and Water clash where fridge, stove, sink, and washing machine are all so close to each other, I would like to ask what is the ideal kitchen position for each Fire and Water element item. This is how my kitchen looks like now and I am wondering if the second photo would be a better placement for all the kitchen appliances so that there is less Fire and Water clash. Seeking your advice, please. Most appreciated!

Dear Mr Lee, I recently bought a new BTO flat and these days, the blocks are built pretty close and parallel to each other. My neighbour's altar which is in his living room faces directly to my master bedroom. I was told to buy a mirror to 'reflect' it but I'm not sure exactly what this entails. Hope to seek your advice and thank you in advance. Regards, Daniel

>1. I think you meant "A" is the next best choice instead of "D" as I do not intend to redo the cabinet at "D". >2. Noted. >3/4/5/6. I just saw 1 altar table dimensions are W27", D23.4", H49". I do not have a Feng Shui ruler so I used theFeng ShuiRulerProgram By Wasis Sugionoand the dimensions looks fine. >7. The altar table is for late mom. Since Loupan does not apply in this case. Is there anything else that is suitable for my case?

In this case, the loft bed is placed closer to the window. Airflow toward the head of the bed depends on how the windows open. Many modern apartments have windows that only open from the side. If the window is beside the head of the bed, some Asian children may feel uncomfortable because strong winds can blow directly onto their bed. Therefore, it is important to consider the placement of windows, the presence of full or partial walls, and the location of bedroom doors.

Anonymous wrote: Hope you're doing well. I would like to ask for your advice regarding the placement of my bed on the master's bedroom in the apartment I'm moving into. I read that the bed should not share the same wall as the toilet, nor should it be placed facing the bedroom door nor the bathroom door, which leaves me with a conundrum on where to place my bed. Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated! 1. Kindly be advised that the guideline stating that "bed should not share the same wall as the toilet" is not a universal rule. It is only applicable in specific situations as illustrated in the attachment. 2. Your statement regarding the positioning of the b…

Dear Veronica, 1. Regardless of the situation, it is essential for an air conditioner to have the most direct path to two key areas: 1.1. the outdoor compressor unit or the balcony where the compressor is located 1.2. a route to channel condensed water to the nearest bathroom for drainage 2. Choosing the shortest route is advisable because, over time (typically 2 years or more, depending on usage and environment), the air conditioner’s drainage pipes can become blocked by dust, similar to how arteries can become clogged. 3. A shorter route also means less piping is needed for both the refrigerant gas and the drainage. 4. From a Feng Shui pers…

About Le Cresendo Condominum I recently visited Le Cresendo and took some photos of the church. From what I saw, most of the views from the bedrooms or kitchens don’t really feel intimidating at all. Of course, that’s just how I personally see it. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you ever want to sell the apartment, future buyers might share the same concerns you had at the start. 1. Here are some points you may want to think about: 1.1. If someone feels uneasy about living near a temple, church, or similar place, it’s likely that other people might feel the same way too. 1.2. With property prices going up and new projects being built closer to MRT …

The saying goes " a picture tells a thousand words". Frankly, might as well throwa dice if you are asking whether to move-in solely on general (brief descriptions) - and usually, hope you understand, I don't usually have time to scan and figure out a whole paragraph of information. It is similar to a resume - it has been widely stated that a human resource personnel takes a "three seconds" glance at it; and just chuck it away. Hi master, My family is looking at a resale at waterwoods ec. I have drawn the unit on the map and it should be facing the t junction. And also uploaded the floor plan and the unit I am looking at is level [xx for privacy have hidden it for you - Cecil Lee] Two concerns: 1. The master bed room, 2 room and balcony appears to be facing the junction. 2. Once the main door is opened, it is directly pointing to the kitchen. Should be no way to build a wall to obstruct the direct to kitchen from main door. Please share with me some of your advice. Cheers

Most expensive stacks in Adora Green. Photos taken on the opposite side of the pond over-looking Adora Green. Only when one looks at the photos; then one gets a "clue" as to why the stacks highlighted; seems to be the most expensive in the EYES of the consumer (purchasers) of specific stacks in this development. From a Feng Shui point of view; if one were to be at the Adora Green BTO site; one would be wondering : Why so expensive, given that the stacks are at a angle ; at the noisy junction? Another negative that some felt may be a liability is that these stacks are directly facing the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Yishun.
