Hello Cecil, I live in a 2 storey house. My garage is part of the construction of the house. Do I count the garage in my flying star/xuan kong map for the main floor? My bedroom is above the garage on the second floor. Which floor do I use to do the flying star grid? Do I use both and put cures on both floors? Thank you.

Hi master, I'm looking at an apartment with street number 106/38 (unit 106, on 38 _____ street). However, in the strata report, it is named "lot 141." This number is only visible on the storage cage and in strata considerations. Do I need to consider this number at all? Kindest regards and many thanks in advance.

Good day Master, I have a few questions to seek your advise. 1. My home has "two" entrances. Based on feng shui, which one should be consider my "entrance" 2. At the first main entrance, my main door is partially blocked by my neighbour home. What should I do to make more Sheng Qi ? I understood that right angle from the wall causes Sha Qi? In this case, my neighbour home has a 90deg wall pointing at my entrance. 3. From my living room, i can see opposite block roof corner. What is good to fix this Sha Qi? Dear Master, I have bought a new home but the Master and 1 common room window face a Mosque. There is 1 junior master on level 2 but the window looking out is a air well and above kitchen. How can i improve the feng shui for my new place?

Dear Masters, I would like to find out if there is any way I can activate a pearl string formation of my flat if the external landforms don't support. Fengshui teachers say that real mountains and water bodies are required before the pearl string can be activated. Since I can't see any of these landforms around the vicinity, does that mean nothing can be done to harness the benefits of a pearl string formation? Thank you sincerely in advance for your advice.

Hi I'm new to feng shui and thought I would ask your advise as we moved into our new apartment which has a beautiful palm tree outside the back balcony which I am hoping is not bad feng shui. I have attached photos. The outside balcony is not in line with the front door and neither can you see the tree from the front door. The front door overlooks a courtyard with no obstruction. Please see attached photos. I would really appreciate your advise and am open to any suggestions. Thank you in advance.

We just moved in, and our upstairs neighbors are going up and down the stairs all day in front of our window. I would estimate it's about 5 or 6 feet away from our left front window, which is a very large window. It's an apartment building with an unusual layout from the 1960's, and we were lucky to get one of the apartments with larger front windows. Hi Shifu, I am going to purchase a cluster home in Malaysia. The unit i am able to get is Unit A as labeled in the photo attached. I have a birch tree in front of my house, more to the South East. One third of this tree seems to be dead and some big branches are falling. Shall I cut it and remove the roots completely, shall I cut just the dead parts, shall I keep the stump hoping it will revive? Shall I plant another tree immediately after removing it? Hello. I just arrived in HK 2 weeks ago to work. I'm moving in to my new apartment on Sept 16. I am alone here in HK so want to make sure nothing inauspicious happens. I've researched and the house's direction is inauspicious in period 9. The facing direction is also in the west group. My kua is 5 (female). Is there still a cure? Right now the facing direction is SE-S, (area with big windows in the two bedrooms). If taken from the bedroom area, it's around 145-151 SE.
