Dear Cecil or Robert: Attached is the drawing of my convenience store building. The top building facia is painted Red. The building is painted White. I'm planning to have the lower part of the building covered with bricks (where the '?????' is ). I told my store manager that I'm planning to have the light yellow bricks installed. I was thinking fengshui. Fire (the top red facia) burns metal (the white building) to produce wealth. Earth (the light yellow bricks) will strengthen the metal. Dear Master, I recently rented out my condo to an European single expat lady. Then weird things start to happen. The fridge had a mini explosion within 5 days of delivery. The washing machine also broke down within 10 days of delivery. So unlucky!!! I seemed to have the impression that our birthdates/BaZi crash. Could this be possible? What can I do about such things? In my new studio apartment it looks like I'll have to sleep under a loft structure. The loft is about 8 feet high in a space that has 12 foot ceilings. But there would be several beams of the loft overhead while sleeping. What are the best fixes for this? Hang a canopy? Crystal over head?

I am a West person and my Kua is no. 2. I recently bought a unit which maindoor located at the NW sector of the unit (according to the Eight House Theory). May I check with you, can I place my TV console at the East Sector of the living hall? Will there be any harm in regards to the TV placement in the living hall? I am unclear whether the direction of the house is more important than the direction of the main door, or the door I use most often. The books I read do not say. I am suspecting the door has more influence, since as a Kan person in a Li house, I should be doing well, but the door I always use is in my unfavorable Southwest corner. I have been sick since childhood, and I wonder if this may be part of the problem. The other door is in the also unfavorable northeast. Does an unfavorable entrance overrule the compatibility I have with my home? Thank you for your time and thoughts. Carla

We are currently looking at buying a house where the sewerage pipes are located in an enclosed courtyard. Part of this enclosed courtyard is included as part of the house. The courtyard is part of the North West Sector of the house (father area) and has a large tree in the middle of the courtyard area. Adjoining the courtyard is a spare room (in the Mother area) which, if we buy, will be used for meditation and Buddhist practice. Hi Master Lee, we have just rentedan end-terracehouse. We didn't have much choice or time as my husband left it to the last minute to view houses, despite my advice. However the house itself seems to be quite okay. Hi We are decorating for a wedding in a private villa at Hamilton island. Hello, We are living in a townhouse and there are three objects supposedly acting as poison arrows to the front door: - Pointed roof of a house exactly in front of the main door - There is a lamp post and a tree both of which are shorter than the house we live in. However both are not exactly in line with the front door, but a little away. I tried putting a Ba Kua mirror over my door, however because we have front porch the pointed roof does not get reflected in the mirror, though it is visible when we stand at the door. I can only tell you this much. For aa Gua 1, as long as the door faces North, East, South-East, Longeivity for the breadwinner. Of which North and East would be the better facing direction that fits your eight house and ba zi. Hello, I have a big dilemma. We purchased a home a year ago, S2 Period 7, house was built in 1952, however, the owner told us he had replaced the roof in 1995. Using your site & various good books, I made several changes & applied various cures.
