Dear Masters Lee, I have shortlisted a unit in Riviera 38 3 bedder and I like your advice if the main door is facing NW (spook) and per my flying star, i am an East person. (strong fire element - dog) Can i get the unit since there is a closet (kind of storeroom) and i intend to make shoe closet at the main door? As mentioned based purely on a top-view Shapes and Forms: 1. the service road that is parallel to the condo plot is not an issue. 2.As the plot where you had marked is not threatened by any service or public road. 3.Thefrontage of the condo is unblocked: more good than bad. 1. This year, whatever you do; don't fill in or "dig earth" at SE sector. As this year, the five yellow and Grand Duke is at this sector. 2. In theory, so long as you don't do major hacking / drilling at SE, adding a fountain, at that sector is still ok.

Hi Mr Cecil My personal office door is directly facing (about 2m away) a toilet door & a storeroom door, since the toilet door & storeroom door is just side by side. My office which is located in the west sector has a window facing west, has double #8 star & #1 star, while the toilet has #7 & #2 bad stars. additional info:Both these 2 lofts have sufficient sunlight into the house from the big window (facing door), especially loft #11-11 the area is very bright & airydue to 2 big windows, as reflected in the drawing. Thanks Paul Poltik

Further to what I had mentioned; in most industries a triage is important. In many instances; I mentioned A & E; where the french word Triage originated. For all modern vehicles; there is an ODB port; often located near to the dasboard. When a vehicles goes for servicing or troubleshooting; don't the Service engineer plug in and connect a laptop; to check for error codes? Without such a Triage how to determine exact problem?

Just imagine the road "slicing" towards the development. Thus, it is still better to avoid selecting units closest to the main road. Of course, factors like type of trees and distance from the road are other considerations. The most important consideration is cars entering the development. And always, the specific stack facing the entrance often has poor Feng Shui. In my opinion, this has more to do with the "human factor" : feel. Since the septic tank is outside; and should it be a distraction to you; then often a simple day curtain or a roller blind could be used, here. Personally, I feel that if one is really into meditation; I would have thought that a good meditation is one where even in the middle of the highway island; one would still be at peace and still do productive meditation.
