For the last six months, having been to and seen so many developments (at least 35 scattered) all over the island... I must say; although the Watertown is a 99 leasehold property; Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, I must truly say; this development has one of the better Feng Shui around.... Given that by 2016; there will be a glut of both new and old condo units; Watertown, both from a Feng Shui point and view and investment potential; would still fair pretty well. I have been to the show-room more than three times and love the mock-up of the model where especially the "my waterway@punggol"; the waterway seems to collect at the basin of this development. And how majest…

Keat Hong Quad Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans keat-hong-quad.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Year 2016 Feng Shui of HDB Keat Hong Quad 1. This development has only 3 blocks of flats. Thus, from the block alone; I cannot figure why it could be called "Quad". 2. Perhaps, if we look at the plot of land; then maybe, just maybe it makes more sense: As this plot sits within a Square (Quad)plot of land. And it seats on 2/3rds of this Squad or Quad plot of land. 3. Although it comprises a total of 3 blocks of flats; yet, there are a total of 6 Flying Star facing directions of: N1, N2, S1, S2, SE3 and NW3. 4. From a Fl…

Location: 1,3,5,7 & 9 Jalan Membina (Next to Tiong Bahru Plaza/Tiong Bahru MRT) Developer: Winwell Investment Pte Ltd - Wing Tai Tenure: 99 years TOP: 1995 Although this condo is 99 years old and highrise with 412 units, because of its excellent location (across the street from Tiong Bahru MRT) - it will still command a good price per Sq foot of between $600 to $790 psf. Although a high price, but before the lease goes to 60 years, in my opinion, still a good investment for now. Current owners can easily sell it off in the future, should they ever need $$$. Besides these, 99 year old condos that are 4 storey or less height, are worth looking into. As the…

Part 2: Feng Shui of Coco Palms condo & the interior layout especially the location of the WC vs bedroom & toilet close to the main entrance door. 1. Where possible always try to avoid sleeping close to the bedroom wall shared with a WC. 2. Try to avoid buying a unit with the WC close to the main entrance door. 3. Do I blindly follow the Sales Brochure North compass marking for this development? 4. Other considerations: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/15313-reading-between-the-lines-of-sales-brochures/?tab=comments#comment-34350
