In Eastpoint Green, in the past; the developer had situated it's multi-storey car park cum tennis courts directly facing Changi East Hospital. 2.1. And only 3 blocks (Wing 1) with smaller stacks/units facing the Changi East Hospital. 2.2. Pedestrian crossing Although the developer had cleverly avoided units directly towards any units; 3. SPC petrol station The main concern is the SPC petrol stations + fumes.
