Part 1 - Introduction Affinity at Serangoon by Oxley Holdings is a large development with 1012 units & 40 strata landed homes. Affinity at Serangoon will be built on former HDB land... To me, the outlines of the blocks with the 40 strata homes looks like a frog. Where block 22 looks like the head with the jaw-line between house numbers 10 to 16A. And the bottom two rows of strata homes looks more like the feet of the frog:-

Oops! It's too late if one has already booked Towers/stacks at lower levels close to the future proposed Petrol Station. The concern, here is that of fumes from the underground petrol reservoir and the daily pumping of gas (petrol / diesel) and the fumes flowing towards nearby stacks/units.Especially if one's unit is at a lower floors of Towers 38, 40, 42, 46 This type of layout within a site will always have (some) sharp corners of blocks aimed to wards its neighbours. Such as poison arrows from #21, #41, #42, #54 & #55

The morale of the story is that the rich gets richer, by investing in time and effort to secure (expert) help in finding a good home. The poor as usual, gets into a cycle of poverty: Imagine buying a home equivalent to a ten year old car. No matter how much effort is done (later) to improve their home, the Feng Shui of the home cannot turn it into a "gem" of a car! If one bought a run-down toyota, how to turn it into a lovely 7 series BMW? Again, it is like a family of 8 buying a home equivalent of a small Chinese cherry car! How to fit 8 persons in the car! No way! Have to purchase a car the equivalent of an MPV!

Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans west-crest-@-bukit-batok.pdf Usually, I am more cautious when it comes to housing in close proximity to a petrol station. In my opinion, the main concern are the combination of several factors:- 1. vapour fumes from the storage tanks and/or during customers pumping petrol into their petrol / diesel tank(s). 2.
