Feng Shui of HDB BTO Waterway Cascadia Both Blk 316D Stacks #681 & #683 with Blk 316C Stacks #705 & #707 have facing direction of330 degrees. This places these four stacks as NW3 facing direction. And the plus point is that the frontage has a mountain star #6 with water star #8. Thus from now to 2023, this frontage is auspicious as it faces the Punggol Reservoir dam. As it is further inwards from the waterway; it is least affected by the direction of flow of water on the waterway. The negative of these four stacks are that it is bathed by indirect afternoon sun. Bird's eye view of Treelodge at Punggol. The last photo is taken from Treelodge showing the uncompleted Damai Grove development. Hidden from view is teh Damai LRT for which Damai Grove is named after. In the picture next Damia Grove isthe Punggol Lodge.

The Vales EC @ Sengkang Just T.O.P. last week. All the stacks are either Period 8: N3 or S3 N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. As mentioned under the Skypeak at Bukit Batok; Para 5.3; in Singapore, it is not favourable to purchase a unit that has a full view of a pavilion. If one can see the pavilion, those at the pavilion can also see you and/or you can virtually see and smell all the going on at the pavilion. The most common activities at the pavilion are the wakes (where funeral activities are conducted).
