HDB Woodlands Spring BTO launched in May 2017 and the Precinct Pavilion As there is a requirement for a precinct pavilion; very much understand the architect's constrain in placing it. Unfortunately, Block 799B stack 131 seems to have a "front row" seating facing it directly. Sincerely hope that one's festive mood is not damped .. when there is a wake / funeral during one's festive period (mood)... Stack 129, 131 and 111 are also the closest to the precinct pavilion.

Erh.. How do I climb down into the pool. Or how do I climb up the pool? This is not a Magician trick... Just that the developer placed an extensive guard rail to prevent anyone climbing down or pushed down the steps into the Hillvista condo pool. Thus, don't worry it is not an illusion! When this condo TOP; for sure, the barrier will be lifted. Please don't quote me on this! If you don't believe; when I next visit this condo during TOP; will show you a photo proof of it! Cheers!

East Tudor, a landed property area was once on a hilly land of a cemetery. In fact, my grandfather was buried on this land in the early 1960’s. A near-by estate Tanah Merah Green also landed housing is just beside this cemetery plot.

Sometime around 1976, the government standardised the numbering of homes. Around the British times, a ground floor unit for eg. Is numbered say No. 20. A unit above this is numbered 20A, the 3rd storey is numbered 20B. But the folly of this is if it is a high rise exceeding 20Z, what happens? Recently, a client asked me whether, should he consider buying a semi-detached: marked in red as "X" in the attachment. He was also concerned with the road "leading" towards the newly TOP semi-detached. home. He is correct to be concerned. The stretch of road marked as "A" and highlighted in bold yellow is not advantages to that home.

Today, 26 June 2002, I passed by this condominium. At Regent Grove Condominium's upper decks in the car park (located along Choa Chu Kang Drive), a banner indicates that there are still "choice units" up for grabs. It seems peculiar that despite obtaining its TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) in 2000, which was two years ago, and its close proximity to Yew Tee MRT, there are still no interested buyers.
