All stacks in Twin Fountain ECin Woodlands:are either NW3 or SE3 facing. 1. NW3: 1.1. Frontage: As the water wealth star (career luck) is at the frontage; it would be good if the unit's frontage has a water position or pool. 1.2. North sector: If the master bedroom is at this sector: need to disarm the MS#2 with #4 combination stars. Else could result in husband and wife having frequent quarrels. 1.3. West sector: If the master bedroom is located at this sector: there is a #5 misfortune sickness star + #7 loss of wealth / opportunities = Best to disarm this sector. 1.4. South sector: If the main entrance is at this sector: there is a #3 financial lost issues + #…

Question: Hi Master, do you think the leaves can act as a partition / panel between the staircase and the main door? Reply: Not ideal. The leaves have two many sharp points. And all the white leaves; apologies; in my opinion, looks more like meant for decorating a funeral wake. Client: LOL thanks

Waterfront I & II Sales Brochures: Site Plans and Floor Plans waterfront-i-@-northshore.pdf waterfront-ii-@-northshore.pdf 1. Part 3: HDB Waterfront I and II @ Northshore and Block 413Precinct Pavilion and block 417 2 storey elderly facilities. 2. It is good consideration that the Precinct Pavilion located at 413 is "tucked" at one corner bordering to a reserve site. Here, unlike another recent launched site: HDB Hougang Rivercourt; where the precinct pavilion is full view of several stacks in that development. 3. Try to choose high floors of5 bedroom type Block 415D stack 577.

Part 2: Lake Grande by MCL Land and Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This development has stacks that are either:West group compatible such as NE3, SW3, NW3 or SE3 which is suitable to an East group person. 2. It is good that all stacks falls within the "True" compass degrees of 60 (NE3); 150 (SE3); 240 (SW3) and 330 (NW3) facing. 2.1 Thus even if the blocks were built a few degrees off in any directions; there is still a huge confidence level that the stacks will belong to the above. 2.2 Contrast this with some developments. Where just one or two degrees could change the Flying Star readings say from NE3 to East1 etc... 3. The only stacks that face the Jurong Lake are the…

Part 4: Lakeville condo by MCL Land?with External Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1. Lakeville condo's block arrangement will inevitably produce "poison arrow" in the form of neighbouring blocks/stacks sharp corner aimed towards another block/stack. 2. In this illustration; the red arrow(s) shows potential sha qi (poison arrows) aimed towards a neighbouring stack. 3. The yellow line often is not a major issue since often, the sharp corner is often aimed towards the side wall of another block or the yard / back of a stack.

Part 7: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #13, #14, #15 and #16. Stacks #13 and #14 faces N2. While stacks #14 and #15 (based on the block's facing) are S2. Please refer to Part 4 where the stacks also face N2 and S2 respectively. And thus have the same characteristics. In addition stacks #17 & #18 are S3 facing. And Flying Star S3 facing charts are identical to a S2 chart. Based on the Block facing, stacks #19 and #20 are considered N3 facing. N3 charts are identical to a N2 chart.

Part 2: Qbay Residences in Tampines & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. The Qbay Residences Sales Brochure shows Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 facing either N1 342 degrees or S1 162 degrees. 2. I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees). 3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions. However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.

Part 14: Sea Horizon Executive Condo (EC) and Stacks #04, #08 and #12 These are some considerations: 1. In Period 8, units with a Flying Star N2 facing and a master bedroom or bedroom in the NW sector require attention. 2. In Sea Horizon EC, this usually applies to stacks #04, #08 and #12. 3. Please see the attachment. 3.1. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, the NW sector in these units has mountain star #2 with water star #5. 3.2. This 2–5 combination is known for causing health issues for women when it is located in a bedroom, often leading to hospitalisation. 3.3. If this is the master bedroom, it can indicate potential health concerns for …

Be careful of sleeping with bed-head / face close to the wall sharing the WC piping of the Master Bedroom Toilet 3. In addition, there is a WC (Toilet) close to the main entrance door. Hougang Parkedge Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans hougang-parkedge.pdf Lease Commencement Date: Year 2016 1. Feng Shui of Hougang Parkedge & future potential poison arrows from school roof-line often around 5th or 6th storey's level - depending on architect's design, though. 2. As there is a site reserved for a school sharing the border of HDB; 2.1. Best to avoid low floors (storeys) facing this future school site. This is because depending on the design of the school; there is often a roof-line that can be a potential sha qi that can slice into the openings such as the main entrance doors or windows. 2.2.…

Location: 19 Pepys Road / off Pasir Panjang Road Developer: Oasis Development P Ltd Temporary Occupation Permit date: 1988 (close to 5 years old) Freehold Approximately: 30 units Overall, this type of layout is rare. It would be extremely inauspicious for such a design if the frontage is facing the sea or canal or a water position. The slope at the frontage is symbolic of water flowing away from the development. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. Under the current period: 8 (2004 to 2023); the areas to look out for in Singapore would be the NE corridor of Punggol / Seletar area. 2. Another area is already evident is in the SW sector Singapore. Go down to Boon Lay and one can see that this is the busiest sub-urban place-to-be in Singapore. 3. In the next 10 years or so, the NE corridor would gradually also see much activities. NE would be seen as more of a "physical" recreational activity hub... while the SW more of a "work cum window shopping" kinda-of a place. 4. It does not mean that the whole population has to move to NE or SW - goodness me! Nowadays with easy transportation: MRT and many own cars; it …

1. Personally, I tend to avoid purchasing homes that incorporate a significant amount of drywall. 2. I believe that one of the primary offenders was the Livia @Pasir Ris, developed by CDL Developments. 3. I was astonished to discover that the Livia's TOP and all the internal walls, including those in the bedrooms and even the bathroom, are made of drywall. 4. It is advisable to consult with the developer prior to signing any agreements, especially if one shares my concerns; 5. Alternatively, while this may not be scientifically rigorous, some insights can be gleaned from a sales brochure. Pay particular attention to the thinness of the wall separating Bedroom 2 fr…

In this example, luckily, no homes were built at the marking in RED x 3. There should be sufficient space for a plot at each of these three RED X's but, certainly such plots again, under Shapes and Forms are considered inauspicious.
