This is a tiny condo development with a total of 34 units. Tenure left is 947 years to go. Estimated completion date is in mid 2011. It's a very uncommon "V" shaped layout plan. Flying star is a Period8 development. The main block with stacks 06& 07 facing NW. While stacks 08& 09 facing SE. And a smaller block with stacks 01 & 02 West 2 facing. If you are an architect or developer; please take note of this illustration. The architect of this small development of landed properties have cleverly made sure that none of the landed properties within this estate is affected by a home at the "T" junction. Please see attachment: circled in red. Instead of squeezing one or two more homes between this empty space, they have thus avoided what would have been a home facing a "T" Junction. An excellent way to over-come a home at a "T" Junction! Architects should learn from this Far East development.

Another area is already evident is in the SW sector Singapore. Go down to Boon Lay and one can see that this is the busiest sub-urban place-to-be in Singapore. 3. 1. The road sign in one of the photos says : " Sixth Avenue". 2. This house is at the apex of a " Y " fork road. 3. To the right side of the main entrance door is a large open canal. Last weekend, a previous client of mine called that he is house hunting as he needs a larger home. Furthermore, his current home has lots of staircases even to the "guest room" where is mother-in-law is staying. Nowadays, as you can see, many people approach Feng Shui, even before they select their flats. This is a smart choice and this is an uprising trend especially from 3 years ago.
