1. The road sign in one of the photos says : " Sixth Avenue". 2. This house is at the apex of a " Y " fork road. 3. To the right side of the main entrance door is a large open canal. Generally, this is not auspicious. See photo: Shapesnforms4.jpg 4. The home is an acute triangle shape. Hmm.... not the best of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui....

Last weekend, a previous client of mine called that he is house hunting as he needs a larger home. Furthermore, his current home has lots of staircases even to the "guest room" where is mother-in-law is staying. He chanced upon an "open house" for no. 1 Parry View which is on sale for whatever reasons. From the streetdirectory map: No. 1 Parry View: does not seem to have very good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Nowadays, as you can see, many people approach Feng Shui, even before they select their flats. This is a smart choice and this is an uprising trend especially from 3 years ago. Recently, a client asked me whether, should he consider buying a semi-detached: marked in red as "X" in the attachment. He was also concerned with the road "leading" towards the newly TOP semi-detached. home. He is correct to be concerned. The stretch of road marked as "A" and highlighted in bold yellow is not advantages to that home.

In modern times, we now have digital maps and sites like : onemap.sg that uses govern data survey maps to draw an outline of the completed buildings. Another useful site is: streetdirectory.com. 3.1. I cannot help but notice the distinctive sloping roof-line. Reminds one of the distinctive roof-lines of the small Potong Pasir estate. Looks like the next elections may be in September 2015. And looks like it may be just after the Chinese 7th month i.e. after 12 September 2015, this year!
