The Morris Residences @ Paya Lebar Cres and Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. This 10 strata terrace houses sits on a elongated pyramid. With a overly huge base. Please see illustration. Are you able to see an outline of a knife similar to a parang? The architect has tried to make the homes as rectangular as possible with the exception of two houses: no. 63 and 63J. The overall outline of the perimeter of this development under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui is inauspicious for these three homes: No. 49 and 51 Tai Keng Gardens. And the side of no. 65 Paya Lebar Cres. Fortunately, for no. 49 and 51. A high…

1. The trellis does not pose any risk to any blocks, stacks, or units in this development, as it runs parallel to both sets of blocks. 2. In the accompanying layout, the positive point is that even though the stove is directly across from the sink, there is a void separating them. However, the downside is that this layout is considered to have poor shapes and forms.

1. The 2 bedder... interior layout.... not that fantastic. 2. The 3 bedder... also not that ideal.... 3. Just when I thought that everything looks fine for the 4 bedder... Oops, oops and more oops! (See attachment) 4. Condo better than HDB? Hmm.. I don't ever recall a single HDB flat having it's toilet sharing / next to the main entrance door... This developer (and their architect) should take a cue from Public housing.... This sucks!

Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the Panorama at Ang Mo Kio is situated on a "boot shaped" site. The architect wraps the 6 blocks in this site around the "perimeter" of the development. Thus majority of the pool is within the centre of the development and flows towards the NE and vice-versa. With such a configuration; inadvertently one of the stacks #27 has a corner of it's stack/block aimed towards stack #08. And around 50 percent of the blocks/stacks are either exposed to direct afternoon sun or at a slanted angle. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, Block 18 stack 30 is in my opinion the "best" stack in this development. Erh if you had bought …

1. The Petals is one of the sites with good effort on Shapes & Forms Feng Shui. The six blocks are harmoniously blended into not exactly a triangle site. 2. It looks modern yet, its profile looks like the side of an olive or even a rugby ball. Each of the 6 blockssuppose to looklike petals ofthe flower.. that is how the condo was named after. 3. One of the most friendly designs. If one looks at each block closely in relation to the other 5 blocks (total of 6 blocks); there are no sha qi or poison arrows aimed at one another. 4. Another advantage of this type of blocks is that qi can flow easily between all the blocks without creating unnecessary "distrubed wind …

Development: The Petals Condominium Developer: Centrepoint Properties Ltd Total of 270 condominium units Tenure: Freehold TOP: Within 6 months time (Approximately at end of this year 2002) URL: http://www.centrepointhomes.com/petals_site.asp In my opinion, this Type C1 layout (see attached) is a typical Feng Shui nightmare. What's bad:- 1. Toilet(s) next to main entrance - Fatal error Fortunately, many of the condominium developments do not have a toilet next to the main door. The only other development, which I can think of that has this bad arrangement is the Regent Grove condominium. So far if I am not mistaken some of the units at Regent Grove are still available i.e…

Kindly follow this link to access a comprehensive review of The Pinnacle@Duxton: The Pinnacle@Duxton comprises seven slender towers, each standing 48 storeys high. This project will represent the tallest public housing in Singapore, being twice the height of the majority of Housing Board flats. Collectively, the seven slender towers will take on the appearance of a massive curved screen, interconnected at their 26th storeys and at the roof level by sky gardens that include jogging tracks and various sports and recreational amenities. This project was originally scheduled for completion in 2007. However, it now appears that the completion date is set f…

The Poiz Residences and Shapes & Forms Feng Shui - Which unis are lucky? Which have health concerns?

The Poiz Residences and a very specific focus on just three stacks to rank or choose from. In fact, each stack/unit has some differences. Thus one must really sit down and look through all the points of each of the three chart. This is a very tedious exercise as it is as good as doing a total of three detailed Feng Shui audits. Thus this is not the typical By Ranking Exercise.

The Santorini Condominium @ Tampines is said to got it's inspiration from the Mediterranean. A medium sized condo with a total of 597 units. From a Top-view perspective the 7 blocks are roughly U shaped layout. Where block 35 is arranged a little off from it's two sister blocks 21 and 31-33. This site is on a pure rectangular plot. And under conservative Shapes and Forms Feng Shui is truly playing safe-macro Feng Shui. Stacks like Block 29 stack #26 and also Block 23 stack #14 will invariably create poison arrows from the sharp-corner of the block aimed towards stack #32. While stack #14 has it's corner aimed towards stack #08. See attached illustration. …

1. The Scala has a total of 5 blocks of 17 stories each. Each of the blocks and stacks face a different Flying Star direction each: Blk 130 : NW3 (334) and SE3 (154) Blk 132 : E2 (85) and W2 (265) Blk 134 : NE3 (57) and W2 (265) Blk 136 : E3 (110) and W3 (290) Blk 138 : N2 (354) and S2 (172) 2. This takes me back to 1999 when the nearby The Springbloom condo has just TOP andall the units were sold-out. 3. The Scala by Hong Leong has got to be the hottest selling development in the NE of Singapore. Cannot blame(indirectly becausesomehow this area is popular both with the nearby amenities (and futur…

Another close-up photo, showing where the sha qi - sharp corner of a neighbouring block's corner is actually aimed at. Here, fortunately, the sharp corner is aimed towards the lift foyer of "this" block and not into the stack/unit's balcony or other openings.

Freehold. T.O.P. 2017. Period 8 Flying Star Feng Shui. At The Tembusu, sometimes the way buildings and spaces are shaped matters more for Feng Shui than the Flying Stars system. 1. The Tembusu @ Tampines has five blocks, made up of two larger and three smaller buildings. 2. Trilive, which is also a small development, is just one site away and is separated only by Fortune Park. 3. In this project, the Flying Star directions are either N2 or S2, but they are about 5 degrees off from true North or South. 4. There is a multi-storey car park (HDB MSCP BLK 373A) that covers about two-thirds of the northern side of The Tembusu. 5. Since these car park…

The Vales EC @ Sengkang Just T.O.P. last week. All the stacks are either Period 8: N3 or S3 N3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 fa…
