Further to what I had mentioned earlier, it is such a waste that this is one of the few low rise apartments - unfortunately, the roof is blue. Symbollically, this is considered inauspicious. In the accompanying layout, the positive point is that even though the stove is directly across from the sink, there is a void separating them.
