HDB Punggol Edge & dim main door entrance area 1. Nowadays with better cameras on phones; the corridor photos does not actually reflect the true "darkness" at these corridors leading towards each unit's entrance. 2. Even with the lights turned on at the corridor; one can still see a hint of darkness outside the main door entrances of these flats. 3. In such a situation and also with such a narrow; the main door should not be considered as the frontage. Hello Master, I am going to buy a car and wanted some fengshui advice on the car plate number, colour and auspicious date to buying a car ? The fee for this package is $188/-. Need Name /Gender/ Date and if possible time of birth. Car plate number, there are many many formulas. Thus what one provides may contradict with another person’s advice. The rest is based on ba zi. Question: Hi Cecil, if we put dining table at our balcony. Any fengshui indication for our family ? Comments: This is not Feng Shui. More to do with common sense and taboos (if any).. Like external even with external blinds.. can be windy or if blinds are open.. even at 10 storeys can find insects... There is a condern if no invisible grilles... children can climb on the chair and tables and dangerous.. Thus is more of a lifestyle thing...

Hi good afternoon Master Lee, I am looking at #01-xx. May I ask which is worst? Opening the front door to face the stairs or opening the front door to face rubbish chute? Worst is to face rubbish chute. By law, the stairs door has to be closed at all times.

Hi Master Cecil, now 7th month, can make offer for property? Reply: Nothing to do with Feng Shui. Up to individuals. Understand if a home is "occupied" and one move-in and disturb THEM. But how can signing an agreement anger THEM. That's all I have not bought a house during 7th month.. but got buy a car during this period. LOL Thus generally, if one is concerned and checked with parents who find it a taboo.. then don't else.. frankly.. not an issue

Hi master Lee is it good fengshui if the beds are placed below the mezzanine. More to do with stigma attached to it. And a dash of common sense. Here, make sure that nothing is above the bed. Else if things fall from it; is dangerous For privacy, all personal reference are left out:-

Q: Hi there, I am just wondering if fluorescent colors are different in any way from regular colors in feng-shui? Reply: The normal or regular everday use lights and their colours are 1. Cool day (slightly bluish) 2. Daylight (clear white) 3. Warm white (may sometimes affect Feng Shui) The first two are neutral colours. Please note that fancy fluorescent tubes like blue, red, green yellow are not every use. Thus not discussed, here!

Copper piping is bendable and if proper installed; leak proof. However, today many homes there were built with water piping built around the 1995’s have started to corrode with tell tale signs of greenish pitting has started to leak... These pipes are in a new refurbished SingPost building. Stainless steel or PVC pipes are today a better value! Did you see the stains on these pipes?

Dear Robert / Cecil, You have mentioned that one of the most important thing to look up for when selecting a house is to ensure that the house is not facing the death or disaster for the breadwinner. What if happen that the death and disaster lines are where the main entrance located but the bedroom of the breadwinner is on the Excellent line.
