1. In my opinion, frankly having reviewed hundred thousands of layout plans for both the developersand consumers (buyers); few would even use the correlation of the "centre of gravity" as the premiseto determine the layout plan. If you look at it carefully, there is nothing magical or hocus pocus about determining the centrepoint. 2.As in your the case the layout plan that you had furnished shows the toilet at the centrepoint. This is considered one "major" leak. And oftern from my past experience, one"major" leak in a home or up to at leasttwo to three can still be sustainable. More "leaks" and the home or apartment literally goes downhill. Jess C. wrote: Wow Master Le…

Last weekend, while doing my rounds of Feng Shui audit at landed properties.. I walked past these two homes. What's wrong? with these two homes? Hmmm.... It reminded me of a client that was doing a full complete restoration or Additions and Alteration works! And the "silly" architect... recommended paving the entire home's car drive way with slate! Goodness me! Any person with commonsence or rather "cow-sense" would know that slate although a very beautiful material is not one of the toughest material to withstand the daily punishing of road tires "breaking up it's weak layers" and not withstanding the constant hot water and sun light that can quickly crack the slat…

For the Chinese, for physical burial, it does matter greatly what plot of land, facing direction of the grave. As it is said that a burial site can affect the decendants of the dead. However, in the event of a cremation: "ashes to ashes, dust to dust" it does not matter whether:- 1. scatter the ashes in the sea? No issue 2. Does it matter which direction, the niche for the urn should face? No issue 3. Does it matter whicl level or is it inauspicious to have the urn stacked above another urn or have another urn stacked ontop of the urn? Really, it does not matter, here.

Finally, Goggle has lauched street view maps for Singapore:- http://maps.google.com.sg/maps/mpl?ie=UTF8&moduleurl=http://maps.google.com/help/maps/streetview/mapplet.html&mapclient=google&f=q&hl=en&utm_campaign=en&utm_medium=ha&utm_source=en-ha-apac-sg-sk-svn If the maps are detailed, it can be an additional useful tool in evaluating a home prior to visiting it: be it for a first glimpse of the premises.

1. Feng Shui is natural and influenced by qi from the earth (magnetism). 2. However, if one of these two things come into being:- 2.1. For some, when you enter a home and suddenly feel a sudden cold (mostly in dim areas) e.g. closet or attic area. 2.2. When one carry a compass and the compass needle goes hay-wire; 3. When a home has been possed; you can count out Feng Shui as such influences will superseed the Feng Shui of a place. Thus, under such circumstances, it is best to call for help from another field: especially priests. 4. The idea here is that Feng Shui can be over-ridden by other "stronger" forces beyond the natural! 5. For us Geomancer, usually once th…

Under symbolism in Feng Shui, blue roof tiles represents water over the ceiling of the entire house. Under I-Ching, water represents difficulty. If my home's roof is already blue what should I do? The exterior wall should be painted white vs cream colour. And if the roof is grey, it is also best to paint the exterior of the home white not cream or other colour.

1. Please see attachment. 2. This illustration shows : 2.1. a window in a home 2.2. Marking in RED "A" 3. Please note that any object within this RED marking "A" facing the window is considered a poison arrow. 4. Anything out of the RED marking "A" (e.g. blue zone) IS NO longer considered a poison arrow aimed at that window.

Pictures show a sha qi (poison arrow) of a curved road aimed towards the frontage of a terrace house. To reduce the impact of the sha qi (poison arrow), the home was designed such that the main entrance door is away from this direct poison arrow. (Please see picture[s] ) And also, the windows facing this curved road is higher and smaller than normal.

1. What has this article: Monsoon Winds got to do with Feng Shui (installation of a partition). 2. Many homes install a partition so that the main door does not directly face a window or a balcony opening. 3. But does it matter whether the partition is a FIXED partition or one of those panels - often it comes in three or four panels? These three or four panels are usually placed in V shaped so that they can "stand-up". 4. Commonsense approach to Feng Shui says that:- 4.1. At times when it can be windy in a home, it may be a safety concern with such "moveable" partitions. It may become a "danger" to family members. As such moveable partitions (unlike fixed ones) ma…

Should we convert a home from Period 7 to Period 8? My advise is to try to chart out your home under both Periods: 7 and 8 charts. And then analyse room by room to see which is a better chart.
