Begin by mapping out the Nine sectors and determining the most suitable purposes for each. This analysis should also consider the optimal drainage system for the property.

Question: Instead of placing my dining table at the purple marking "A"; Can I place my dining table at marking "B", instead i.e. facing the main door. Repy: 1. When entering a residence, our attention is typically drawn to the immediate environment around us. 2. Imagine, for some individuals, they tend to clutter their dining table with various items such as old cell phones, chargers, and books. What kind of impression does this give? 3. It is advisable to have a barrier between the dining table and the front door to maintain privacy. However, many partition walls have openings for display, making the dining table partially visible. 4. If there is…

1. To be frank, I have the latest Suunto solid aluminium compass set for Region 3 (Singapore and the equator). 2. But still; one major flaw is that whenever I am in a building with lots of steel rods for support (look at it this way: all modern high-rise uses re-inforced steel for building support!) 3. Surprisingly, such a low technology or LOW TECH brass compass is my saviour ... when I am deep in a large building that has odd shaped floor space and entrances much like those mega or hype buildings. 4. Many industrial buidlings have even more steel in their structures to support the higher Per Newton Kilo load. 5. This attached brass compass which I bought at a c…

Hi Cecil. I just went to my new neighbor house beside us. They have the sofa/seating area in front of the lift and the dining area in the hall, looks very spacious. Can we do the same? Any negative impact geomancically? More to do with common sense: When one enter the main door and or from the living room sliding door, in this case, we will now encounter the dining table. Thus if one's dining table is messy .. cluttered .. then first-impressions count. Fortunately, your currently your living room and dining is raised one level high. Thus even if one dines at the front (living room side) not many outsiders can see dinner or lunch time nor see the t…

Feng Shui Tip - The Master Bedroom with an attached toilet Most master bedrooms come with an attached toilet and it is often that the position of the bed directly faces the toilet door. What can we do? Here are three ways to overcome this:- Install a screen between the bed and the toilet door. If this is not possible then, you may consider any of the following alternatives:- - Close the toilet door when not in use or - Place a lamp on the side of the bed between the toilet door and the bed.

Case Study: Do you know that even if a geomancer says that the site is excellent, all sites are still govern by the concept of the Bell Curve 1. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 2. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 3. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple. 3.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn i…

Can I install a pot filler around my kitchen stove. Like those found at some professional restuarants?

Hello master, Is a pot filler such as the one in the attached photo where it is right on top of the stove bad Feng shui? If so, if we just not use it, would that be a remedy or still better not to have it at all? Thanks! Reply: Dear xxxx, Thanks for the photo. These are some considerations: 1. Make sure that the inlet pipe for this pot filler is not anywhere near the surface or at least 6 or more inches from the stove. 2. Under Symbolism in Feng Shui, here the water (as in water pipe) and fire (stove clash). 2.1. Actually, this has more to do with common sense. If one has the inlet pipe of this pot filler close-by to the stove, the wat…

Classical Feng Shui has more to do with understanding the land forms, the site, the building and harmonising the flow of qi. And not about placement of commercial Feng Shui products. Many Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) are a Feng Shui Shop in disguise. In Singapore, majority of FSMs with lineages are in fact the main culprits of selling commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Therefore, if their forefathers have known this, it would sadden them to see such a sad state today. How can one give proper Feng Shui advice. When at the back of their mind is the motive to sell products for a quick profit. And yes, these products have very high mark-ups.…

Can I check. If my fridge can be seen from the main door as it's an open concept kitchen. Does it pose an issue? 1. This is part of open concept. It is not threatening. You should expect it. 2. Contrary to some others, a regular fridge when closed is surrounded by mostly metal = a metal box. And such a fridge is not issue even if seen from the main door. 3. However, it may make a difference if perhaps, the fridge has a water and/or ice dispenser on one of it's doors. 4. Or instead a wine fridge where the front door is virtually a see thru glass piece. 5. If one "insists" of having an open concept kitchen, something has to give. 6. Fortunately…

Sure. But we cannot incorporate the side gate into the main gate right, such that there is a frame and people have to bend over to get into the house. Correct? Grandmother’s tale. For small terraces, perhaps this is the only way to have it. As common as grains of the sand in a beach. Even many semi-d has this. Not like one is so old that cannot bend down. No harm also to exercise the neck Furthermore this side gate incorporated into the main gate saves space and the most cost effective method.. practised long long time ago. Even my grandfather’s bungalow built on the 1950’s once had such a side gate, then.

Hello, I need help in how to apply different lucky positions like sleeping and work positions. I tried your free reports and I am not sure how to apply them. In my Sleeping position report for example, it says there that my best sleeping position is at the North direction. It has an illustration so it is easy to follow. What I do not know is which direction to follow: the bagua map of our house or should I use a physical (magnetic) compass? It would be different if I follow both, right? Thank you for your help!

We have purchased the house before reviewing the layout and direction. Is there any remedy to that? Actually, it is very common to purchase a house before reviewing Feng Shui. In fact, majority does it all the time. Most house can easily be optimised or balanced via many of the concepts found, here:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/17416-12-habits-of-feng-shui-c-geomancynet/ For example, there is this concept number [3.] The concept of maximising marks. Question: Would putting mirror at the tv feature wall instead be better More to do with common sense. Usually, when our eyes are turned towards the TV and TV panel. If the mirror is highly reflective and if lights shine at an angle towards the mirror reflecting glare... then perhaps have to wear polarised sun glasses while watching TV, lah Haha ok Got your point
