As mentioned in part 1, stack 17 is one of the favourable stack. However, it is facing a slow on-coming traffic road (dead-end road) of the landed property (Please refer to attached google map photo). There is a buffer area (showflat carpark currently) in-between belonging to Nparks for future park usage. Some say such dead-end road with on-coming traffic, would invite poison arrow to the resident. The road stretch for around 50m before bending slightly to the right.
Would facing such dead-end road render the units in stack 17 undesirable? Would unjt floors (Low/Mid/High) make a difference?
