Dear Master Cecil, Considering this development. Can I check if Master managed to revisit after tOP and see if this development did indeed fall into no-mans land = inauspicious as per what master mentioned earlier?? I consider another similar condo Riversails, but the units are N1/S1 mostly (for those facing N/S). and the degree to N1/S2 is 2.5 only. Would this also have an impact of no-mans land?
