  1. Cecil I agree with your comments that fertility may be outside the realms of Feng Shui. What are your thoughts on having the woman trying to conceive sleep in a bedroom where there is the female health mountain star #7 or #9 resides ? Sometime ago I suggested this to a client trying to conceive. Some 9 weeks later she reported to me that she had indeed fallen pregnant. Coincidence or not ? On another matter, each time I have moved a female to a bedroom with a #8 mountain star she has found romance fairly quickly after months of looking, looking looking. Of course, the water star has to be compatible also. Glyn
  2. Angie On what grounds do you believe your toilet is in your wealth area ? Has this been ascertained by a Flying Star Chart ? If not, and from your money woes, there is a possibility that the mirror has been doubling what could well be an inauspicious sector of your apartment. One cannot simply ascertain that" X "is the wealth corner," Y " the romance corner etc. etc. More harm than good as you are finding out is done by using these methods. For your own benefit, may I suggest you avail yourself of the many free services available on this website to work out exactly what is what in your apartment Good luck Glyn
  3. Daniel It is very gratifying to know that your life as well as that of your families has turned around so much. It has been an absolute pleasure to help you and I wish you and your family continued success. With the privilege of having a Master like Cecil Lee, learning the art of Feng Shui has been both a challenge and so very exciting. Daniel's story of his own experience should serve as a reminder to those members of this forum who are seeking the elusive wealth corner to be very very careful. Feng Shui has to be treated in a holistic manner.......ones birth element, its strength or weakness, eight house, shapes and forms, yin and yang, flying star and the very careful use of cures and enhancements. Glyn
  4. Dear Cecil I read with interest your thoughts on Chinese students in Australia. Without doubt there are those students here in Perth (where there are many chinese students due to its closeness to S.E. Asia) who take off the top places in TEE exams (End of school exams) and University positions. They work hard and are very respectful. I live in an Estate where many wealthy Chinese live, mainly from Singapore and HK. It has been my experience just in this small area that these kids are given whatever they want by their parents including BMW and Mercedes vehicles, Honda's etc. They are constantly in trouble with the law, party all night and do drugs and alcohol. In my street alone are 15 chinese families...some very good friends of mine whose children are fantastic and then there are the ratbags who seem to have lost all their heritage. Chinese gangs are getting big here and it is my opinion that their parents no longer know how to discipline them. Just some feedback for you on how SOME students behave once away from their country of origin. Glyn
  5. Hi Anon Houses here in Oz are really no different from anywhere else. Perhaps we have larger plots of land than some countries but that's about all. They have the same Feng Shui problems as anywhere else. Glyn
  6. Hi Cecil As you know, I am involved with a 30 unit development here in Perth. For AU$1.6 M you get 255 sq metres of indoor floor space and 155 sq metres of balcony and terrace. A huge price difference. Here, we do not have any developments like Sterling, mainly because we have much more room to move than in Singapore. I was interested to see that the swimming pool appears not to have rounded edges. Cheers Glyn
  7. Daniel.....I am shocked thatyou paid so much to a "wanna be" practitioner. Mind you, you were not to know. A client of of mine consulted a FS consultant over here earlier this year. She gave my client an account once the work was completed. The terms said "Payment within 7 days, otherwise unforseen problems may arise". I was absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately, there is no governing body over here who can discipline such a person. Now Daniel, if you wish, and if you are patient, I can help you (no charge) if you mail me privately. I am currently assisting a Forum member from Melbourne design his house...it is much fun and hopefully, the house when built will be an auspicious one for him. Best wishes Glyn
  8. Hi Carrie Are you sleeping in your Death or Disaster Sector ? This could be contributing to your problem. I have noticed in my practice that when clients complain of insomnia, invariably their bedrooms have yellow or blue walls. And, these two colors in many cases are usually activating some inauspicious stars which are contributing to the sleep problem. There appear to be many problems which you will have to address, but I give my input based on my experiences to date. Best wishes Glyn
  9. Daniel Your reply indicates that this guy did not do Flying Star , which is the most potent form of Feng Shui. As Cecil said, what he did for you is kindergarten stuff. Please do not think we are trying to make you feel bad......it is just that there are so many so called practitioners out there that give Feng Shui the reputation of being "hocus pocus" which it is not. BTW, do you mind telling us how much he charged you for this consultation ? As Cecil has said, Eight House is based only on YOUR date of birth....specifically for you. Eight House too is an accurate form of FS if done correctly. Glyn
  10. Hi Daniel I have been and still am a student of Cecil Lee's. I run a successful FS practice here in Perth,Western Australia, I make this comment based on the feedback I get and the huge amount of referrals my clients give me. I do not"switch" my audits to suit the southern hemisphere and have never had a problem. I have looked in at some NZ FS websites over the past few months and what I see quite frankly worries me. Mind you, it is not just in NZ. You will know Daniel if " things" are not going right for you and improvement should be noted in my experience by the latest - 4 weeks. I have clients who report changes within 3 days. I agree with Cecil - questions this FS consultant and gauge his response. Best wishes Glyn
  11. If you re-read my reply to you Joe, you will see that I have mentioned how to activate the mountain stars. The water or wealth stars are #7 for this current period, then # 8 and # 9. Again, like the mountain they must fit certain criteria. Ideally, a Water star should be where there is activity - preferably in an entry, near a window. No good if the star is locked away in a bedroom or some quiet area. Activating a water star depends on the other elements that go to make up the stars in the particular sector.Your own personal element and its strength or weakness must also be considered when activating stars. Cecil or Robert will comment on the Report question you have. Glyn
  12. Anon You may find a book by Master Raymond Lo called Feng Shui and Destiny for Managers of interest to you. He has a chapter on forecasting world events, interior design for maximum profits etc. etc. It cost only AU $25.and prices here and generally more expensive than elsewhere. Glyn
  13. Hi Joe The #8 mountain star is good to activate provided it fits into the criteria. Good mountain stars and #'s 7, 8 and 9 and if these fall in your bedroom they are considered to enhance harmony and health in a house. Ideally, good M/S should fall in an area where there is not much movement and can be activated by hanging a print or painting on the wall where the star falls or placing a solid object with mass e.g. display stone, paper weight. Now, #8 and #3......wood destroys earth, so you would need fire to weaken the wood and in turn it would enhance the earth. As you are weak fire, enhancing with fire would be beneficial for you. Glyn
  14. Cecil/ Robert Three students have died at my sons school this year, one in a vehicle accident, the second suicide and the third only on Saturday from a hereditary illness. Sadly I was talking to this young man on Friday night after he had taken part in a school festival and he was in fine form. A new science wing has been added on to the school this year, construction done in the east and south east sectors. I was thinking (after this last death) that it may be because the Grand Duke has been disturbed. I would like your thoughts on this matter please. If it is the case, I guess institutions like schools should be careful where they do renovations, but if they do not follow Feng Shui it makes it very difficult. Thank you Glyn
  15. Forum Members My clients here in Perth often want me to purchase for them Chinese Figures e.g. Dragons, chinese coins etc.etc. They have been made aware that this is chinese superstition and not Feng Shui but still want these as decorative items. The range here is very limited and of cheap quality. Could anyone advise me preferably from Singapore where I can buy these items.....there is a web site selling them but the credit card facility is not secure. I would prefer to make contact direct with a supplier. Many thanks Glyn
  16. Hi Anon I guess I did not make myself clear - apologies. Each time I visit a client, the first thing I do is check the surrounding environment for poison arrows etc. etc. I then do a Pillars chart to most importantly ascertain the element and its strength. I then check the 8 house of the clients concerned and then do the Flying Star Chart of the building. My recommendations to the client are then made based on ALL the information available to me. And, I use colors a great deal...I believe many people do not give enough credit to the power of colors. Recently I was asked to audit a restaurant and before I even walked in the door I observed 4 negative threats to the business. After doing the Flying Star chart of the business which was not a bad one, it was very obvious that the threats from the surrounding environment was contributing to their difficulties. So, whilst FLying Star in my opinion is the most advanced form of Feng Shui, it does not always provide the answer. But, in many cases it tells me exactly what has been going on. Glyn
  17. Hello to forum members I have for some time been reading the various mails that come to this forum. There is usually some problem brought up about directions, personal problems etc. As a long time student of Cecil and Robert, I have been taught almost everything I know relating to Feng Shui by them. In my personal opinion, and now running a thriving Feng Shui practice, the most powerful form of Feng Shui is the Flying Star method. This together with Pillars of Destiny will help alleviate many problems that may come your way. Flying Star reflects whatever problem is going on in the household be it personal or financial and once studied correctly and cures or enhancements put in place , harmony follows. I have many clients who can attest to this, and as an original member of this forum some 14 months ago, I followed to the T what Cecil and Robert advised. What followed was complete harmony and prosperity. So, I urge you all to indeed study and apply all theories that are available on this web site, but for the most potent form, do please use the Flying Star method. Without doubt it will solve many of your problems. It will show you combinations that indicate possible divorce, financial loss, miscarriage, ill health, robbery etc. etc. It will also indicate where wealth and health lie in your house, just waiting for you to activate these stars for a harmonious life. Cheers Glyn
  18. Thanks for your graphics on the above question Cecil. In the case of two water tanks on top of a building opposite your own building, do you believe this can cause a problem for a business ? Cheers Glyn
  19. Hi Cecil This is so very very true. Both my mother in law and father in law died within eleven months of each other in 1997 and 1998.They lived in a house with exactly the same set up as you have indicated. They had only been in the house 4 years...a magnificent house it was too. Cheers Glyn
  20. Encyclopedia Britannica give you 30 days free trial of their site. Thereafter it costs $5 per month. Given your costs Cecil, and the excellent information you provide, perhaps you could charge all users a monthly fee. Cheers Glyn
  21. Welcome Tam to this great forum I have a template of the Luopan and once I have ascertained the centre and done the readings, I then superimpose the Template on the floor plan. I then have 8 sectors and the centre from which I can plot the stars. The template makes it very simple. Best wishes Glyn
  22. Hi Anon What are the Flying Stars in the North East sector where you have your leaking hot tub ? Perhaps they need to be "cured" correctly. Glyn
  23. Hi Anon Cecil's course IMHO is very well structured with lots of examples coming from his 101 Feng Shui Tips and Examples.I found the course easy to understand and most importantly, Cecil and Robert as you well know, are prepared to answer all questions. I can assure you not all Masters are this generous. I am an accountant by profession but gave it all away in 1994. My chart indicated that I would study metaphysics so I followed this path and with excellent Masters like Cecil and Robert, have been able to set up a practice here in Perth where I have a strong client base. One never stops learning about Feng Shui..there is just so very much to learn, and when done correctly, the positive feedback from clients is certainly well worth all the hard study. I notice you ask many questions therefore I believe you have a very inquiring mind. I suggest you take the course, get the 101 Feng Shui Tips and Fixes and your knowledge will be expanded even further. Cheers Glyn
  24. Hi Cecil and Jacqueline Maybe the lady in question has inauspicious Flying stars in her bedroom thus rendering pregnancy difficult. Mountain stars # 7 and #9 I understand are female stars, maybe this could help. Furthermore, Mountain Stars #1 and #2 can cause miscarriage etc. A client of mine had a miscarriage a few months ago, bought a new house, the #9 star was in her bedroom and she became pregnant fairly quickly actually. Just a thought....... Cheers Glyn
  25. Cecil, Robert and fellow forum users Thought you may be interested in the following............ Some 3 weeks ago a young mother requested a consultation with me regarding her 8 month old sons very bad sleeping problems. She was at her wits end..nothing physically wrong with the child...a healthy kid. She, an absolute wreck due to lack of sleep. Her husband does not believe in Feng Shui and was very anti me going to the house. Anyway, the bedroom was painted in bright yellow which in my opinion was aggravating the inauspicious #5 mountain star. My recommendations were that the room be painted an off white color, the child not wear red clothing...his element being strong earth and I moved his cot to a more auspicious direction in his room. Friday, I heard from Mum..delighted...3 days after making the changes, baby's sleep had improved dramatically and now Dad and Mum have booked a consultation for themselves. For those skeptics out there, I think this is an excellent example of how Feng Shui works ...we cannot use the old adage "mind over matter" because the child is only 8 months old. Cheers Glyn
