  1. Flying Star Feng Shui at Maysprings Condo: Period 7 N1 or S1 facing directions
  2. On 27 June 2021 For some units, the entrance area is dim especially during the day. Sample as shown, here:-
  3. Ask: Must I buy from YOU? When the buying Stops, the selling CAN!
  4. Understand what is FAKE Feng Shui 1. Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Products Store in disguise.
  5. Research makes the difference!
  6. 1. Although SW represents (yin) and NW (yang) elements, it is fortunately not one size fits all. 2. One way of looking at it is the 12 Habits of Feng Shui. 2.1. If one applies Habits 1, 2 and 3. It should usually be sufficient to avoid your concern:- 3. Some potential buyers even consider doing a proper triage with things like: 3.1. How will my luck be till last year 2020. How about 2022, 2023, 2024? and Years 2025 till 2043. 3.2. Another information from this sample is that Location, location and location accounts for a whopping 70% of the total Feng Shui luck! 3.3. Thus e.g. even if SW is an inauspicious for say the (yin) Female, it and many other such factors account for only 30% out of the 100 marks. 3.4 Also under this 30% = or the three major considerations of: Frontage Kitchen Main Bedroom (Master Bedroom) 3.4.1 If say the main breadwinner is the male, this means that Frontage and Main Bedroom needs to be considered for him. While do take note that the kitchen is considered under the Wife (Female) in this example. Reference:- 4. Lastly do take note of Habit number 12. Don't be a Head banger. Thus even if SW is say considered inauspicious for the Female Head, even if one bangs one head until it cracks open, no use. If so, refer to Habits 2 and 3!
  7. Case Study 2: Potential sharp corner of the MSCP building corner (up to 7th storeys) aimed towards Stack 628. I can also see the ESS with a sharp corner aimed towards 594. Fortunately it and the sharp corner of the MSCP does not seem to be a threat at all, here.
  8. Case Study 9A: Stack 352 front door are can have a view of one of the common bins 1. In my opinion more to do with a situation where unit has met Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) . 2. And a potential buyer and or buyer's Feng Shui Master made it be known (a stigma) that it is inauspicious to have (somehow) the front door with a view of the common bin lobby / bin (if any). 3. Thus even if one might be okay with it. The "other" guy or gay may not like it. And some even give "low-ball" offers (if any). Case Study 9B: Any issue if the front door (Stack 354) faces the two lift lobbies? 4. Again, if one has a habit of leaving the front door open, this is subject more to privacy, then Feng Shui. P.S. Please note that this is a sampling. And there can be more stacks facing either of these two situations.
  9. Further to what I mentioned above, illustrations such as these show clearly whether a front door is affected by the sharp corner.... Reference...
  10. This link shows many examples of Altar facing a dining table. Do take note that the minimum height is of the altar top is 126cm to ensure that it is much higher than the dining table. Above shows a sample illustration from a LANDED home. There are lots more examples, below for flats:- Only one is not recommended as the Altar also shares the same wall as a Toilet/WC:-
  11. Wondering what does this photo tell? Please don't post something that has no Head - no Tail. Perhaps only the person who posted it truly knows what's up. Really a waste of everyone's time.
  12. What do you think? As this forum is in existence since 1996? Look here:- https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/16031-appreciate-your-kind-understanding-how-about-showing-some-empathy/
  13. Case Study 8: Block 244B Stack/Unit #402 = Why me? Why us and no one else at Garden Bloom? HDB, you owe me (us) an explanation! Why are we the only ones facing the Health and Medical Centre? Apa Ini?
  14. Case Study 7: Should I be concerned if my unit faces a school? 1. What do you think? 2. Find out more under this related link:- P.S. Oh Dear! What type of school is this?
  15. Case Study 6: Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS) at HDB Garden Bloom @ Tengah Where is the BIN Centre (COLLECTION POINT?) 1. A PWCS system if used properly by the residents is indeed a good system to have. 2. However, today, be it HDB estates and or ECs and or Condos and even high-end ones fall victim to misuse or abuse. 2.1. If so, can cost a leg and an arm to clear the blockages as well as the PERFUME that permeates from this "stuck" system. 3. What I am more worried at Garden Bloom is I don't seem to see the PWCS BIN centre? Could it be the Utility Centre? 3.1. But cannot figure out how a garbage truck could reverse into this unusual "spot".... Hmmm..... 4. In many other estates, this BIN CENTRE is highly visible. As the Waste Collection truck has to drive to it, reverse and collect the LOAD. 4.1. Maybe I am blind.. but really I can't figure where this is for this estate. 5. More so, if I were staying at Garden Bloom, I don't want to park my unit anywhere near to the entrance of this BIN Centre. BUT WHERE IS IT? Do you know? 6. I suspect the BIN CENTRE could be here Highlighted in YELLOW "UC?" As often, it can be found at one of the entry/exit points like the one shown, here:- Related: Case Study 15A: PWCS installed in various estates in Singapore…
  16. Case Study 5: Should I be concerned if my unit Stacks 320, 328 & 330 front door faces the emergency exit staircase and staircase door? 1. By law the emergency staircase door has to be closed at all times. Thus ensuring that even if the front door faces the stairs, this fire-rated door is always closed at all times. Block 241B with Stack #320 Block 241C with stacks #328 and #320 2. Frankly not required to even place a notice or reminder such as shown on this Staircase door:- 3. No worries also. As all new HDB developments do not have a see through glass panel found at this older DBSS at Bedok Reservoir Road! Related:
  17. Case Study 4: Stacks 302, 316 and 386 potentially are affected by Fire @ Heaven's Gate. A sampling of stacks highlighted in GREEN (there can be more) may also be affected by Fire at Heaven's Gate. However this may depend on one may place the stove in such stacks/units. Related: What is Fire @ Heaven's Gate?
  18. Case Study 3: What is Tian Zhan Sha? Block 241C Stack 340 falls under this description. 1. If there are strong winds blowing from the area of the low level Child Care Centre at Block 244 between the narrow "tunnel" area towards stack 340. Then this can effectively be said to be a Tian Zhan Sha. 2. In the event of strong winds, the consolation is to control the wind flow into the unit. But if continuous strong winds; can affect health and wealth of residents staying in this stack/unit. P.S. It also depends on wind blowing directions. If wind blows from North to South, then stack 340 may be affected by this Tian Zhan Sha. But if wind frequently blows only from South to North or East to West or vice-versa, no issue. So "do pray hard"... Reference resource:-
