    1. Can I use an ordinary compass? Smart phone compass?

    Yes you can.  You can read-up the booklet on a THREE prong approach to finding accurate compass readings with an ordinary compass.

    2. What you mean by Do-it-Yourself (DIY)?

    The purpose of this report is for you to find out your best directions. Know how to take compass readings of the potential home especially re-sale. And even brand new developments.

    There is a bonus Summary of Breadwinner's Eight House Chart. To find if the house's fit to you.

    3. What is required?

    You will be given the relevant credit to create a profile based on who is the main breadwinner of the home to generate these two reports.

    4. Both husband and wife earn roughly the same salary. In fact, Mrs earns slightly more? Who should then be the Main breadwinner - for this report?

    What is the difference between OPTION 1 and OPTION 2?

    OPTION 1 is strongly recommended for a just-about-to-be launched development or recently launched and there are still many stacks/units to choose from.

    OPTION 2 is for those who are looking at "left-over" stacks/units in a development or looking at individual re-sale units. And still undecided.

    The fee for such an off-site assessment is $288/-. Non-urgent but I will usually try my best to get back within 3-4 days time or earlier even if the non-urgent is close to 7 working days.

    There are two approaches:

    Option 1 : I also need to understand your preference eg. "Strongly dislike afternoon sun" or already like several stacks/unit.

    Note: As no two sites are the same; there may be variations to these samples when you receive your report.

    As ultimately, the key theme of this report is to rank all the available stacks under your selection of say a 5 bedroom type etc..

    Thus your final report may vary with these samples.
