Kitchen on top of the bathroom

Dear cecil,
My friend lives in a duplex and her kitchen is on the upper floor and bathroom is on the lower floor and kitchen is located exactly on top of the bathroom. Is this considered bad. Thanks.

Dear Anon,
Based on just the Shapes and Form School, there should not be a problem with the kitchen above the toilet.
It would be inauspicious if it is the other way around i.e. the toilet (especially the toilet bowl) above i.e. the stove or cooking area.
