If you are an architect or developer; please take note of this illustration.


The architect of this small development of landed properties have cleverly made sure that none of the landed properties within this estate is affected by a home at the "T" junction.


Please see attachment: circled in red. Instead of squeezing one or two more homes between this empty space, they have thus avoided what would have been a home facing a "T" Junction.


An excellent way to over-come a home at a "T" Junction!


Architects should learn from this Far East development.
