Maysprings condo @ 2, 4 & 6 Petir Road - Is my unit still lucky today?

Maysprings condominium was finalized during the Flying Star Period 7 in 1998. The land tenure is leasehold for 99 years.

This condominium consists primarily of two identical rectangular blocks: Blocks 2 and 6. Positioned between these two blocks is Block 4, which is centrally located on the rectangular plot and houses the clubhouse.

The majority of the apartments are oriented towards Flying Star S1 or N1, with fewer units facing E1 and W1.

A distinctive characteristic of this condominium is the "openings"; please refer to the attachment: maysprings1.jpg, where the openings are highlighted in RED: A and B. This type of opening, according to Shapes and Forms, is designed to facilitate the flow of qi.

This condominium adopts the concept of openings from a renowned development in Hong Kong, where an opening was created to permit the dragon qi from the rear of that development to pass through this "hole," thereby allowing beneficial qi to circulate.

Such openings are rare in Singapore. One example is another condominium located in the East Coast area, and another is The Sterling condominium on Bukit Timah Road.

According to the same attachment: maysprings1.jpg, some geomancers have indicated that the units marked in PURPLE: labeled as "C" and "D" are deemed inauspicious, as these units lack the "support" beneath them that other units possess, where they are stacked directly on top of one another. Visually, some may perceive these units as unsafe, even though they are structurally sound.

1. An effective method is to provide an example. However, it is important to clarify that this represents a previous review or analysis, and not that of May Springs condo.

2. One should at least possess an understanding of Flying Star Feng Shui, or ideally, comprehend the significance of the numbers, or attempt to follow my explanation here.

3. The chart presented below pertains to Flying Star Period 8 (2004 to 2043) = NE3 (North-East 3) Feng Shui.

4. Where can one find the current prosperity wealth luck for this period? Identify the Mountain Star (MS) and Water Stars (WS) = #8?

5. During this period, the MS is situated at NE (refer to the chart below), while the WS is positioned at SW.

 

 

6. While these two #8's are expected to last from 2004 to 2023 in theory or on paper, in practice, by 2021, they have already faded and weakened.

7. Therefore, in actuality, starting from 2021, one should identify the locations of MS = #9 and SW = #9. The positions of these two stars dictate the areas of "new" current prosperity and wealth luck, which spans from 2023 to 2043. However, as previously stated, this shift has already taken place by 2021.

8. In this instance, the chart for this unit continues to be classified as belonging to or originating from Period 8 NE3. The sole distinction is that the CURRENT location of prosperity and wealth luck has transitioned from NE/SW to the South and East.

 

9. Furthermore, starting from this Period, #1's transforms into the Future or Coming Prosperity wealth luck, which corresponds to the North and Southeast sectors.

10. Consequently, for May Springs Condo, the residences within this development are classified under Period 7 (1984 to 2003), having received the Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) in 1998.

10.1. For May Springs Condo, from the time the first occupants received their keys until the maximum year of 2003, the prevailing prosperity wealth luck was #7. By 2001 (covering the years 2004 to 2023), the wealth luck transitioned to #8. From 2024 to 2043, it is necessary to determine the locations of the MS and WS #9.

10.2. From 2044 to 2063, the wealth luck will shift to #1. Following that, from 2064 to 2083, the wealth luck will evolve to #2, and so forth...

1. Further to what I had mentioned, all developments including May Springs Condo apartments/units are governed by the Bell Curve.

2. Remember not too long ago when one was in School

3. Some of our classes have students which range from 20+ to 40+ students. Depending on Primary, Secondary, Pre-Uni or Poly.

4. In each class there will always be some who always were top-students who always score or graded as 1st to 3rd.

4.1. There are those who often fall within 4th to 12th.

4.2. Especially in Primary and Secondary School there will always be some students that were always struggling at the bottom of each class.

5. Same here. Some units in May Springs Condo may be excellent + a good fit to the potential re-sale buyer. Thus there can often be the Good, the Bad and even the Ugly units....
