1. Please see attachment illustration. Under Shapes and Forms, the low commercial complex Blk 451 is symbolic of a butcher's knife i.e. it looks like an outline of a butcher's knife with handle and sharp edge.

2. The sharp edge happens to fall on part of Blk 454. Since the unit you are looking at is at third storey, it is around the same height as the Blk 451. (Thus can be affected by the Feng Shui.)

3. In particular, if one is doing business, then best to avoid the unit #03-xx Blk 454.

4. In addition, the building of 454 is along NW - SE direction and such apartments that were built between 1984 to 2003 would have "small luck" as water #8 is trapped in the middle of the home. And some afternoon sun.

5. Other than the above, living room of the unit is facing the busy Clementi Ave 3 road.

6. In my opinion, it is not the best unit.

Always stand inside the home and look out of the window or an entrance to check for poison arrows such as a tree trunk etc...
Currently, this tree was planted less than 1 year. When this tree gets taller/ thicker trunk and older.. this is where, the poison arrow can be bad....
