1. The Scala has a total of 5 blocks of 17 stories each.Each of the blocks and stacks face a different Flying Star direction each:

Blk 130 : NW3 (334) and SE3 (154)

Blk 132 : E2 (85) and W2 (265)

Blk 134 : NE3 (57) and W2 (265)

Blk 136 : E3 (110) and W3 (290)

Blk 138 : N2 (354) and S2 (172)

2. This takes me back to 1999 when the nearby The Springbloom condo has just TOP andall the units were sold-out.

3. The Scala by Hong Leong has got to be the hottest selling development in the NE of Singapore. Cannot blame(indirectly becausesomehow this area is popular both with the nearby amenities (and future amenities) and it iswithin walking distance to the nearby Lorong Chuan MRT.

4. Overall, the interior layout plans are standard layout plans found in most condos.
