Dear Anon,
Under the `Shapes and Form' School, the concern is having `split' beds i.e. especially single beds to form a `large bed' either King or Queen sized.
What you have described is acceptable. This is because, it consists of a whole piece even if it is made up of layers.
Before, one `throws out' any bed, it is best to use the Flying Star Theory to check whether the base number i.e. problems with Romance is at the bedroom.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

What about the Split bed where it is consist of 2 twin XL size bed that put together side by side to make a king bed. Basically, I'm looking at the adjustable bed like the picture I attached. Is this consider bad fengshui?

Thanks for the photograph. Without which, may have a misunderstanding. As this type of bed is unique.
Can common sense explain why it is inauspicious? Some beds are "slippery" and perhaps due to "physical activities" sometimes, both beds may split apart or leave a gap in-between. This is the only possibilty based on common sense. However, it also boils down to whether the bed has rollers or the bed legs floating on "slippery" slides for ease of moving - cleaning below. But all these can be fixed. Thus, not a permanent issue.
Actually, it also all boils down to symbolism in Feng Shui. In that some feel that it is not auspicious to join two single beds into say a master bedroom. Here, it symbolises a split down the middle of the bed = symbolises separation or divorce.
Frankly, it is like the continuum of hot or cold. Some very conservative persons, may like you have some concerns with it. And perhaps the overly conservative will say a split is a spilt even if it is not a full split! So, those who belong to this conservative group would say : No, no, no!
But frankly, some see it as not a full split as in two twin beds JOINED together. Thus ok to this group.
There is no right or wrong answers, here. (Given the above).

Nowadays with adjustable bed frames, split king beds are on the market so each person can adjust to their preference. Intuitively and common sense seems to tell me split king introduces separateness...

Is this bad feng Shui for the couple?

Common sense says that it should appeal more to the not so young couple. LOL

LET’S HAVE A SHOTGUN WEDDING!

As sometimes one of the partners may feel offended - if they were “given” such a bed.

Don’t want to sound cruel; but installing such a bed may find a quicker way to separate!

Hi Master,

Interesting, if both the husband and wife are ok with split king bed configuration (no matter their age), does that mean split king beds are OK from feng Shui perspective?

Feng Shui does not micro-manage everything.. LOL

Frankly, not everything revolves around Feng Shui.

Feng Shui is truly about the earth luck from a home or place of work; where one spends time at (the location).

(or 33.33% of the total Holy Trinity of Chinese luck system)

What you mentioned, either falls under feelings and can broadly be considered under Human or Man luck! Not Feng Shui.

What is Human or Man Luck = which accounts for a 33.33% / (100 marks) of the Total marks. Click, here

BEWARE OF THIS AGE-OLD FENG SHUI SCAM

image.png.efcbfc100d6fc4da6a17f5a188322b9d.png

No wonder, Feng Shui suffers from a bad reputation, today

Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Store. Their core business is not authentic Feng Shui.
But rather making big bucks by selling lots of useless commercial products in the name of Feng Shui.

Please give me a good reason not to buy such products. Here's one:

Okay, the above was written prior to the knowledge of COV-19. Here’s to another reason, why.

Many Feng Shui Masters and their shops are FAKES!

On Saturday, 14 March 2020, a WhatsApp from a past client

P.S. Frankly, I was just being extremely polite. Actually if one got the hint, as the British always say just throw the "bloody" thing away!

ASK! MUST I BUY FROM YOU?

When the buying Stops! The selling Can!

Yes! Ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"
