How is floor tiles associated with a Sha Qi?

We all know that a lamp post can be considered as a Sha Qi or poison arrow.
But, what do you mean when you say that the floor tiles may beASSOCIATED or LINKED to or some CO-RELATION with such a poison arrow?

Can sha qi flow in a straight line?
