Dear Master,
Could I have some advice, I have a close friend which we are thinking make another step. But I remember your teaching about element. My element is Weak fire horse and my close friend is strong water tiger.
Shame on me, I'm really confuse how about the future for us, form Ba Zi teaching is this good or not good?
Thx
Sen

These are some considerations:
1. If you are referring to ba zi element such as Strong water and not strong water + tiger or weak fire and not weak fire + horse;
1.1 If you are referring to purely one's ba zi : weak or strong, then based purely on bazi as you are a weak fire person, naturally, strong water is not beneficial to you.
1.2. However, it is a different story for a strong water person. As fire element is considered favourable to the strong water person.
2. Thus purely from a ba zi stand-point and in theory, she has more to gain than you.
3. But if you are mixing Chinese astrology e.g. http://www.lovesigns.net/horoscope/ayear/a60-80.htm

31 Jan 1976 to 17 Feb 1977

Fire-Dragon

18 Feb 1977 to 6 Feb 1978

Fire-Snake

And somewhere, you add strong to e.g. Strong Fire-dragon etc... as in your write up you added a + tiger ; then if you are applying Chinese astrology and what not... and not ba zi ; then it is something else....
As pure ba zi only looks at e.g. weak fire. And not weak fire HORSE-thing.
