Bathroom above kitchen -- bad?

These are some considerations:
1. It has more to do with common sense. And Feng Shui "just" pick it up.
2. There are many homes with a toilet directly above a kitchen.
3. But what is more concerned is that especially the sewerage pipe if possible should not be directly above a stove or any food preparation area or places where we place e.g. drinking water.
4. The reason is obvious, if the sewerage pipe is leaking; gravity does it job.
5. Frankly, there are some homes that no-choice have a sewerage pipe above the stove. The attachment illustrates how a hulu or bottle gourd is used (placed) symbolically between the sewerage pipes and stove.
6. Many modern homes take extra precaution by "waterproofing" the entire toilet floor thus highly unlikely a leak would occur at any of these areas other than e.g. the above sewerage pipe which has a characteristic U shape.
7. Thus between having a sewerage pipe directly above a stove or a sink or shower area above the stove; the later would be far better than the sewerage piping.
8. Thus what you mentioned is nothing new... Just ponder over the above... Of course, far better if the above does not exist.
9. In a practical stand-point; there are often really no perfect homes. Even if we so choose to built a home from scratch, there are often scarifices to be made.
