is it safe to give birth date and time information

As I heard that some people might be able to cast black magic on it based on the birth date/time? is it true?
I heard there is alternative way for providing time information, for instance, let say the birth time is 0234, just let them know is between 0201 to 0259. But I'm not sure whether will there be any difference.
I would wish to hear your advise master.

These are some considerations:

1. Take for example a tiny red dot : Singapore. (Many countries also have day-light saving hours)

2. Even in Singapore's history, if we really look or dwell deeper into the "recorded" birth-timing; one will be amazed at the varied range of "birth-timing".

3. For example, many of us base our birth-time on our birth-certificate. And for a country like Singapore, I am aware that birth-timing even in those born in the 1930's are recorded on their birth-cert.

4. Why do I bring this up?

4.1. In the past, in Singapore, many births especially those born in rural Singapore; often register their birth-dates (and timing) some even a few weeks later at a municipal office.

4.2. Thus, especially for an orphan or even those whose parents don't disclose their actual birth-dates; their ba zi is as good as inaccurate even if this is revealed to a bomoh (black magic) person.

4.3. And common sense says that even in a tiny red dot (Singapore); even if someone else wants to know or the person accidentally reveals his/her birth date and especially timing; it can be inaccurate.

5. Contrary to misconception: black magic practitioners have many tools in their "dirty black bag".

5.1. Thus, do you think that even without revealing one's DD/MM/YYY/HHHH; such black magic practitioners can even go ahead and "Do it".

5.2. Black magic practitioners use many tools or various arsenals to place black magic without the need of a birth-date or even time of birth:

5.2.1 Like some CSI shows; they do swaps of a glass that a person slips from. Black magic practitioners don't use this; but rather, some get hold of things like the "victim's hair or blood".

and/or

5.2.2 In relationships; a jealous wife may be tasked to get their partner to drink a potion

and/or

5.2.3 Burn some charm and mix these into a drink
and/or

5.2.4 Some black magic persons may even cultivate or control some evil spirits : and as the master, task these spirits to do their work for them.

6. Thus as I mentioned above, many of the above activities do not need (contrary to popular belief) one's birth date and time. As birth date and time as shown above, even if one is genuine; may be gotten wrongly.

7. For example, I don't believe that black magic practitioners are so educated nor use computing power nor a table or chart to re-calculate someone's birth timing accordingly. And many large countries have day-light saving hours... and one cannot expect the black magic person to be so conversant with the history of it.

8. The morale of the story is: If someone wants to place black magic on another; there are other alternatives as one's DD/MM/YYY/HHHH may not be 100 percent accurate.

8.1. And frankly, why should they be too concerned about your exact birth date? It is not like these black magic practitioners can go back in-time to change the course of history. What they care of is to "fix" the victim in the present.

9. If one is still so worried about giving one's time of birth than give it in the standard two hour range of the Chinese zodiac system e.g. 1 - 3; 3 - 5; 5 - 7; 7 - 9; 9 - 11 and then loop back to 1 -3 (either AM or PM). Thus one may give the birth-date as 1pm to 3pm instead of 1.39pm etc....

Further to what I had mentioned, usually or often the person who initiates the black magic is someone close to the victim. (Sometimes, some people are not even aware that they are sleeping beside or rather with their enemy)
For example, it could be a jealous partner, a partner trying to control or change the vicitmor someone for what ever reason is seeking revenge etc...
The black magic person main aim is to make $$$$.
And often, one should look at one's own backyard. As 70 percent of the time; the initiator is often the person close to or formerly close to the victim.
The initiator is called the DOG; as like a dog, he/she will follow the instructions of the black magic practitioner to a "T". Thus if the black magic practitioner asks the DOG to eat shit; he/she will certainly eat-shit no questions asked. And with often with "insider" help; therefore, as I mentioned; don't even need one's time of birth (no less their DD/MM/YYYY). As the alternative can be the victim's personal posession or even not necessarily. As other methods include giving a potion to the victim etc....

If you want to, can furnish time of birth within a range. Such as:

1 to 2.59; am or pm

3 to 4.59; am or pm

5 to 6.59; am or pm

7 to 8.59; am or pm

9 to 10.59 am or pm

For example:-

Cannot be between 2pm to 5pm thus should be either:-

[   ] 1pm to 2.59pm or

[   ] 3pm to 4.59pm
