From a Feng Shui point of view: always try to avoid buying a unit in a block where the overhead tracks or roads directly curve towards you. (the unit).
For example, if the attached tracks are on the same level as the 4th storey flat; and it curves towards it; let's hope there are other objects such as large trees to buffer this curve.
