4.1. South 2 facing units enjoy the double auspicous #8 stars at it's frontage.

4.2. However, as most of the South 2 / S2 facing units does not face real water position; if the balcony is at the SW; one can activate a water position, here to bring better wealth luck.

4.3 Blocks 533 and 535:

4.3.1 Low floors should be avoided particularly for block 535 south facing stacks at it is over looking the refuse centre. Which?is next to HDB block 744?Bedok Reservoir?Road.
