1.Part 1:Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Parkview

2. N2 = stacks 27, 39, 41, 43, 45, 51, 53, 55, 77, 79 and S2 = stacks 21, 35, 37, 47, 49, 57, 59, 61, 69, 71

2.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

2.2 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "reaR" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

2.3 N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

2.4 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

3. NW3 = stacks 29, 65, 67, 81 &83. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

3.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

3.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

3.3 SE3 = stacks 31, 33, 63, 85, 87. SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage.

3.4 Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water.

3.5 Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

3.6. The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

3.7 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.

4. Stacks23, 25, 73, 75 are all W3 facing.

Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Parkview & possible borderline case

1. This development has a total of five Flying Star facing directions:

N2
S2
NW3
SE3
W2

2. All the five Flying Star facing directions have "borderline" Flying Stars.

2.1. For example: N2 direction : e.g. stacks 77 and 79 based on the HDB site plan shows a reading of 7 degrees.

2.2. N2 direction has a range of 352.5 to 7.4 degrees. The above stacks 77 and 79 was found to be at 7 degrees.

2.3. Thus, if the construction of the block was tilted by 0.4 degrees off; this reading may not be accurate. It could either fall into N3 or at the "no man's land" neither between N2 o N3. If so, this is bad for the stack/unit.

3. Pay more attention to confirm the readings of all five Flying Star directions after T.O.P.

Part 3: Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Parkview & borderline case

1. Take another example: NW3 stacks 65 & 67.

2. The readings is 337 degrees. Another 0.4 degrees and it could become N1.
